Bee Powell was our agent when we bought our house in 2015 (after having rented it for 5 years), and the sale went super smooth: the Arizona based seller did not have to come to FL, both sides were very happy with the deal. After moving out-of-state in 2016, we rented out the house for a year and chose Bee again to be our agent when we decided to sell the house.
