They put a roof on my dad’s house. The job was well done. He did everything he said he would and did it in no time. He showed up on time every day and got the job done working all day.

Bill was very responsive to our request for quotes and provided us with a competitive quote in less than 2 days. He was very helpful in deciding on the type of shingle and other related options for upgrading a roof. He and his crew worked diligently, even taking time on weekends, to complete the work as promised. All the work was done in a professional manner and his crew were all hard working, courteous, professional roofers that took the time to do a good job. They finished the roof and left the house in perfect condition cleaning up so well everything looked better then when they arrived. Bill is an experienced professional that is honest and fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering installing a new roof.

On April 21st at about 4:30 PM I called B&D Roofing to get an estimate. Bill was on my roof by 9:30 the next morning and wrote out an estimate for the work. Called him on Friday to say we would be going with his company and he told me they would be able to do it in two weeks. Two weeks later at about 8:00 AM his crew were on the roof at work. First day roof stripped and prepared, second day job finished. Roof looks great and NO mess left behind. Also these guys know how to handle a satellite dish, they removed it and replaced it so well it does not need a service call to recalibrate it. So let's see quick response, accurate competitive estimate, on time work that isn't rushed or dragged out, professional attitude and great finished job with no mess. So would I use them again - YES. Would I recommend them to some one else - YES. Hope this review helps out the members and Bill and his company.

Response to my phone call was quick. The estimate seemed reasonable and the repair was done promptly, just as promised. The original quote was for a greater amount but the final bill was reduced because the scope of work was less than estimated (a tarp was covering the damaged area). All in all, I couldn't ask for more friendly and professional service. The repair appears to be very well done and the work are was left clean and neat. It is a pleasure to deal with local companies.

I was impressed by their concern that everything was done correctly. I believe that went out of their way to make sure that the job was done completely so that there would not be any leaks in the future. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

Our home had been re-roofed in 2004 prior to us buying the house. Our neighbors reported that the previous owners had had quite a rough time with that job and that they did not think the job was done very well. A year ago B&D Roofing repaired a section of roof that was leaking and they reported that it had been improperly re-roofed previously. When we began to see more leakage in another area, we called B&D. They came out and gave us an estimate and told us they would fix it in a few weeks. They have apparently been very busy and did not get back to us for quite a bit longer. When they did get to us, they were, as before, very professional in completing the job quickly and in a high quality way. Again, the original work done by another company was very poor and caused the premature failure of this section of the roof. Warren and the other workers were polite, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up well when they completed the repairs. We highly recommend this company.

After checking Angie's list, I called and talked to Bill of B&D Roofing. I needed to have a power ventilation fan that I had purchased installed. Bill worked my job into their busy schedule. I received a call the day before the installation setting up a time window for the next day. The crew arrived when they said they would and did the installation. They inspected the entire roof while they were up there and covered a number of exposed nail heads. Nice neat job and excellent clean up. I plan to use B&D Roofing whenever I need roof work in the future.

Very pleased. I've used B&D Roofing in the past and will continue to. What I love is you get the best price upfront, he doesn't try to insult you with a high price then negotiate down. Great crew, shows up on time, clean language and hard working.

Called another roofing company from Angie's list.

After several days of rain, I heard a loud CRASH on the roof over my head and saw part of a large, dead limb fall outside my window. I was concerned that it had done damage to my flat house roof when it hit, so I called B&D. They had replaced part of a damaged ridge vent this summer and done exemplary work. I left a message and, within 15 minutes Bill called and said he was pulling into my street! He had been in the area, remembered where I lived, and came right over when he received my call. He inspected the roof and found that the roof was undamaged and only the aluminum drip edge had been dented. He was even kind enough not to charge for the inspection since I was an established customer. I am happy to have peace of mind that my roof was not damaged, and I am very grateful to Bill for his terrific customer service. I highly recommend him for roofing work.

Bill (owner) found the problem within 10 minutes. When the roof was installed (by ?) they left a small portion under a gable without shingles. During driving rain we got a leak in the garage. Bll stayed during the repair and made sure all was cleaned up before he left. When I need a new roof this is the company I will call.

Work performed was excellent. The crew was very conscientious about the quality of their work and made sure that we were happy. Bill, the owner of the company, was great to work with. From our first contact through completion of the job he was very accomodating in dealing with details (scheduling, material selection, permitting, etc.) Price for the job was excellent considering the scope of the job. I highly recommend B & D Roofing for any roofing installations or repairs

After a heavy rain I had a wet stain on my living room ceiling. I called B&D Roofing the next morning and Bill came out within an hour. He found that a limb that had fallen on the roof had gouged a hole in the aluminum ridge vent and he took a picture of the damage to show me. His crew could not get to it until the following day; however, he secured a piece of roofing material from his truck over the damage to prevent any additional rain from leaking inside. The next morning Warren called to say that he and his crew would be there around 8:45am. They actually arrived a few minutes after 10am; however, they went straight to work and had the repair completed quickly. They blew all the leaves and debris off the roof as well. Despite several heavy summer rains, there has been no sign of leaking since. I am very pleased with their work and I was thrilled that they were able to take care of the repair so promptly and professionally. I especially appreciate Bill having the consideration to place the temporary cover over the opening in case of rain in the interim. I would absolutely call them for any future roofing need and I feel fortunate that I now know of a good, reliable local roofer.

I had an urgent need to have the roof done asap so Bill worked me in and completed the job ahead of my expectation. That was much appreciated. The roof looks great.

My relationship started many years ago with B&D Roofing when they did a repair for me. Since then they've installed a new roof on my home, my in-laws home and a handfull of folks I've reffered to them. I couldn't be happier! Some times you cringe when you reffer someone to a friend because you just don't know if they'll be as happy as you were. Let me tell you... everyone gives me a pat on the back for reffering B&D Roofing to them.

It went very well. It was somewhere between $800 and $1000 and I did it in stages. It is a very good and reputable company. They did very well, they undid some things that my previous roofers had done years ago, it had started to leak but B&D fixed details that the previous roofers didn’t. They are honest and they have very good rates. I paid it in installments because they did two or three jobs on the roof in total.

They were excellent, honest and thorough. I would use them again.

Bill's crew got to work before I even arrived at the house. They removed and replaced rotten wood and incorrectly installed shingles. They installed a skylight that had been boarded over and reshingled the entire roof, also installing the ridge vents and drip edges that were wrong. All this over the course of 4 days in the Florida heat. They cleaned up 99% of nails etc that escaped onto the lawn...no problem. Bill was always accessible and responsive to any phonecalls. We are very happy with the results

It went really well. Bill Glenn was very professional and provided great customer service. We received an estimate on Monday, called him Tuesday morning and he was out replacing our missing caps by lunch time that same day. I would absolutely use him again for any future needs.

They gave me an estimate two days after first contact. They described the repairs needed and the cost of he repairs. After I accepted the estimate and scheduled the repair, it was completed within the week. The employees were professional and answered my questions. After completion of he repairs they cleaned their work area. I was vey pleased itch the whole experience.

All the roof work was fine, but he had to come back to redo the wire mesh.
