Delays, excuses, more delays, requests for more money.....honestly I did not think Joseph would ever finish this project. It was a simple project, but the excuses started as soon as the contract was signed. Broken trailer, broken truck, sick workers, the list went on and on. When Joseph did come out and do some work, hours were very short and the intimidation for more money started. The overall project took five times the estimated time to complete, and the workmanship is not great. I had to remind them to install braces and lag bolts, because they said they were done! Please hire someone else.

This company did a poor job. The fence is not tight, it was put in with gaps big enough for my dogs to go through and it lacks proper tension lines to keep it tight. I would not use them again

Right from the start I dealt with Joseph the owner, that would continue through the entire project. His hands on approach was refreshing. He was informative, punctual and always pleasant to talk to. The work was completed exactly how he said it would be and in the time frame he promised.

I spoke with Joseph Mattiace 3 times before signing contract. Contract was simple straight forward and exactly what I wanted and he said two weeks to start and it will take two days to complete. From beginning to end he had excuses as to not showing up and when. The first day, no show, next day (Fri.) 2 guys showed up and put in 7 poles out of 58, they arrived at 2:16p.m. and left at 7:00pm and told us they at least dug all the holes NOT! upon inspection they had dug 7 full holes and 5 half's. They were late because of trailer problems. Now its Monday and again no show due to trailer problems. I kept calling you without a call-back for a week then you called and scheduled again and said you could complete it all in one day with a couple a guys. Joseph shows up by himself at 11:30a.m. and sets 9 more poles and then leaves at 3:00 pm. but not before he asked for money. The contract stated 1/3 down, 1/3 after all poles set and 1/3 upon completion so far we have 16 poles out of 58 done with 7 hours of labor and he asked for more money. And again tell us that you will be back with a full crew on Monday or Tuesday. NOT! Instead we received a letter stating that due to conditions of the digging and water table (South Florida near Everglades, it was explained) you will need more money than on the original contract. I agreed I just want a fence, so on Tuesday the crew show up and it's raining (weather channel); they did no work, stayed half hour and had the audacity to ask for more money. I just had to decline and then never heard from this company again. Numerous messages left no call back. Contract signed on June 13, 2008; June 26th, first day of no show, June 27th: 2 guys showed did minimal work for 4 1/2 hours; three more promises but no-shows; numerous calls no call-back. July 12th, letter requesting more money; we agreed and then phone call saying he will be here on 7/15; on 7/15 they stayed 1 hour and asked for more money I said no. Never heard from them again. DO NOT do business with this company they will string you along and suck you dry. It was supposed to be two weeks it has been two months and then poof they disappear.
