They come out quarterly. We have the option for indoor or outdoor service when they come out. We have been using them since 2010. They are very responsive, if you have an issue when they come and you tell them about it, they take care of it. They don't have to come back a second time, they always take care of the problem.

We have been using them for 7 years. Their price is good compared to others. They are very knowledgeable and have taken care of some special problems that have come up over the years. They are always on time, they always tell me the day and time they are coming.

Great on pest control but not so good on lawn care. Several times they did not enter my back yard when spraying.

I haven't seen a live bug since the application, even in the garage. The $90 fee is for a three month period.

This is my first year using Aaron's and so far so good. They are punctual and very professional, and their pricing is good because I checked around first.

We've used them for over 20 years. We would probably recommend them. They started out at $40 and now we pay around $60 every 3 months. Their price is competitive. They come back if we have any problems.

He’s not a pest; he’s very nice. He comes into the driveway and he does his stuff. He doesn’t have to come in the house. He just does all around outside and he does our bushes. We don’t have any bugs. In Florida there are a lot of roaches and we don’t have any. We love our pest guy. He very faithfully comes when he’s supposed to be here and he’s always prompt. He doesn’t bother anything and he doesn’t even have to come inside. The chemicals don’t smell and are very safe. I have dogs and cats and they are all healthy.

They are a very good company, and have reasonable prices. They are nice to work with, and I would highly recommend them.

Aaron's did a good job with the pest control but my lawn was deteriorated with the treatments. I had to find a new service because I was not happy with the work. They were coming out every month to service my pest and lawn services. They would do one month of lawn and shrubs and the next would be pest control. They were not properly treating my lawn. This is why, I had to let them go.

They are thorough and used to come out every 6 months but I have now adjusted that to every year. They did not call me to notify me that they were going to come out so it has been about 13 months since we had a treatment. I will use them again in the future.

I have had their service for years. I use them every three months. Their service man is always the same person. You get to know him. He knows your house and premises, and he is very trustworthy.

They offered me a great price to take care of my small yard. Problem was that their tech kept leaving my gate open, and my expensive show dog kept escaping when we didn't know the gate was open. Also treated my yard twice when I didn't expect them, and since I didn't know (and wasn't home), they let themselves into my yard, sprayed chemicals, and my dog got into it. Very upsetting. I'd excuse it if it didn't happen 4 times. I finally had enough. They're really, really nice people, and I felt bad about letting them go. Sadly, the folks I hired afterwards have also accidentally left my gate open. Unbelievable.
