He was scheduled to come yesterday and he actually called and told us he had a family emergency and he would be back today and he showed up today at 8 o'clock on time. They have been real prompt and they kept in touch and everything. They have been real good. He has been real pleased with them. He is very punctual. I think he is very professional. He dresses in his uniform and he is very courteous and very nice. I would use him again.
Description of Work: Polar Caps SVC came out last Monday and he did the repair work and then he came back last Monday because there was a leak that had formed from whatever they did, he came out at looked at it and we ordered the parts for it and he is back here fixing it right now.

+ -1 moreThey told me that if there was any leak later they would come. They came and knocked $100 from $250. He was here right away. I called him and he was here the next morning. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I used Polar Caps Svc to fix my air conditioning. The air conditioner wasn't cooling. There was a leak and he repaired the leak.
