+ -1 moreExcellent service which is why I had the company do the upgraded system. They installed the original system in 2008. When it was time to replace the system with better technology, I contacted Larry. I have had a great working relationship with Larry and Asa at Okaloosa-Walton Security & Surveillance for 8 years. At any point when I needed a service call they would usually respond within a 24 hour timeframe. If they are actively on another job site allow time for scheduling. They answer the phone promptly.

+ -1 moreThe installation team that came out was professional. I had a couple of minor problems since the date of installation and they returned promptly and replaced the defective products at no cost to me. They worked when I was out of state with my assistant with no trouble and made all of the arrangements to do so. Their business professional standards were some of the highest in comparison with other companies I checked with before making a decision. They even helped me with a video security system that was not installed by them but were able to work on it and solve the problem.
Description of Work: I needed a home alarm system that was not prewired and Larry personally came out. He placed me in a Honeywell system that is completely wireless. It has smartphone support. I am very pleased with the service provided.
