Description of Work: I called and left message to set up appointment for washing machine repair. Waited 24 hours with no response. I called back and was told rudely that they would not service "my area". I live within the same town the business is listed. I did tell the business I was recommended by Angie's List. Will NOT recommend this business.

+ -1 moreRepaired spin cycle on washing machine. Very professional. First schedule - called to change to another date - 2nd date - no show - no call. I decided to risk calling again. Apologized, promised to be here next day (Saturday) here on time and repaired promptly, with no extra charge for weekend service. I'll definitely call them again.

+ -1 moreWe were told the cost was $95 an hour for the service and that it would be prorated. That is, if he spent only 30 minutes, it'd be $47.50. He charged us $95 for the 50 to 55 minute job, which I thought was OK. He was new on the job, so when David, the company owner called me, I told him all went well. Kerry was professional, nice, knew what and how to do it. The only thing he did not know was that this company gives a 10% discount to all seniors and Military. So when I mentioned to David, the owner, that we qualified for both discounts, (he gives for either one) he said I'd be getting a $10 refund check in the mail. I would definitely do business with this company again.
Description of Work: Our 9 1/2 yr old GE refrigerator had water on the bottom inside and ice on the inside on top. Kerry came out within hours of our call and did an excellent job finding the problem and repairing it. At one time the heating element in the freezer over heated and melted the paint. The paint chips were plugging up the drainage and thus the water into the fridge. He removed the paint chips, unfroze the drainage pipe and replaced everything. It took him about 50 to 55 minutes to do this.
