He hired framing contractor to do the framing. The first thing they did wrong was begin the project with the wrong plans (we were going to put on slab but decided to do above grade instead). It was down hill from there with the framers. The job was a mess from beginning to end. Clint is not his Dad Earl. Earl was as honest as could be. Make sure all your i's are dotted and your t's are crossed. He has no organizational skills there was always a problem with scheduling. He put things in the contract that I was to buy but assured me that I was to purchase the items only and he would manage everything. The minute there was a problem with the granite he said it was mine. When I finally had to ask him to intervene as my contractor he told the granite company that he was an innocent bystander. He came back with all kinds of stories they had told but when asked to give a sworn affidavit for arbitration, all he could do is try and cover his own tail. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were very professional. They were flexible to our requests for minor changes during the construction. They were courteous, and it was a very positive experience.

I think they are absolutely the best in the area. It was very good quality work. They gave us a quote prior to the work being started and that is exactly what we paid. I don't remember the cost of the project. I think they are completely trustworthy. They are well respected in this area. I think this is second generation for the company. It is in the family. Everybody knows that they are reliable and trustworthy. There were no issues that came up when they were building the garage.
