We hired this company because the price was lower than others. We deeply regret hiring Andrews because we certainly got what we paid for. They came out to do the job, didn't read the big letters on the wall that said "sewer for pump" with a big arrow. They ignored it and put the sewer pipe on the North end of the house which was the wrong end. The grinder was already installed on the South end which they clearly knew. Once I discovered the mistake I called them and they said they would have to charge me an additional 1200$ to run pipe from the North to the South PLUS charge us 3600$ for a pump needed since the pipe was running uphill not downhill like it was suppose to. I called Ashley from Regional Utilities and he said they needed to "rehang" the pipe. I also got two other plumbers options and a plumber friend's opinion and they all agree that Andrews ran the sewer pipe the wrong way. Andrews refused on 2 occasions when I asked them to fix it. They didn't discuss anything with me or our contractor when installing. They just did what they wanted and blamed others for their poor work later. When I finally had to tell them that this was totally unacceptable they threatened me that I better not bad mouth their company. A heated email exchange went back and fourth which was astonishing that they would speak to their customers like that. They pulled their permit and didn't offer any resolution and took zero responsibility for their botched job, emailing us saying "Thank God you don't have to deal with us anymore".
