Great service, they showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They serviced 15 vents and the AC unit. My house smelled great when they were done. They even helped us carry in some boxes during our move and left our home spotless.

Florida State Restorations is a nightmare to work with and they are extremely unprofessional, over priced and inappropriate. The company has a lack of customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated poorly.

BEWARE -I purchased a home and the home inspection reported mold in a very confined area of the home. The mold was confined to the air condenser, so it had not spread throughout the home. My husband and I figured the job should be no more than $1000-$1500 for the remediation. We called Florida State Restoration for an estimate. They quoted us OVER $8,000 for the job. We thought is was absurd, so we got 3 more estimates, all from very reputable companies. All 3 of the other estimates were between $1200-$2200. I hired another company that did an amazing job (the new mold report showed ALL of the mold was remediated) for less than 1/4 of what they quoted. This was a perfect case of somebody seeing a nice house in a nice area, and deciding to take advantage of the homeowner.

Staff was professional. the restoration team came on time. these guys really stand by their word, and that is extremely important. A nice company to deal with!! I had water all over the house. they have to steam clean the carpets, dry the tile, take care of the mildew though special treatment... they removed all of the furniture and had it cleaned and once they were done, everything was back to normal.this was a very stressful situation and they were able to alleviate my worries. they answered all my questions and worked with the insurance company... they handled everything from A to Z. I highly recommend Florida State Home Restorations.

They were prompt & courteous and gave me a full written description of the mold that was festering in my house causing my allergies to flare up (I also suffered a respiratory infection)- they came up with solutions! The job was done fantastically, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased.

THEY ARE A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION. THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND HONEST. THEY GAVE US THE NAMES OF A FEW COMPANIES THAT WE COULD HIRE TO FIX ANY MINOR PROBLEMS.
