Buyer Beware. This business had attractive pricing among fence companies but fell short in the quality of wood, workmanship and responsiveness to customer. My neighbor and I were both getting same fence replacement. They spend the majority of 3 days on my neighbors fence and rushed my fence to finish and not have to come back. Several pieces of wood were left unfastened in places. Wood was cut not straight with a saw, several defective pieces of wood were installed including a rotting post that had no business being installed. Several cosmetic issues that needed resolving as well. Owner came out, said he would fix it but never communicated with me again after several attempts over a month and a half to get a status update on timing so I could get my fence sealed, the salesman I dealt with was rude and told me my issues are low priority and that many fence companies would not even respond, he said perhaps I’m expecting too much out of a wood fence, This is terrible customer service on a fence I paid over $5k of hard earned money on. Now I am left to pay someone else to fix their shoddy work. Lesson learned. Do your research before you hire. I will not use this company ever again and do not recommend them.

The fence looks really great and is very sturdy. They did a nice job and I'd use them again. I received three quotes and they had a good price, handled all the permitting. It took a little longer than I would have liked - but the pandemic seems to be causing delays in supplies. I also liked the front office follow up, if I called or texted they always responded quickly. It's a well run company.

Can't say enough good things about XL. From the initial quote process with Rick to working with their office staff to prepare for the project to the professional, quick and excellent install, every step was great along the way. Will definitely use them again.

It went very well, the installation was about 2 days in total. Actually, people are stopping by to get their card. Other people like to hire them because of the work that they did to my house. The owner Bryan is very responsive throughout the while process.

The staff kept me informed during the permit process, scheduled the work order, and completed the job, all in the time frame that was promised. EVERYONE was professional and courteous. XL Fencing was great to deal with. They were competent from the beginning, providing sound advice about options (4' versus 5' tall, gate type, gate closure, etc.). They promptly provided all the necessary paperwork for the HOA authorization, and took care all of the permits with the City of Coral Springs. Installation was a breeze and the fence looks great. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Their fence is 100% aluminum with no plastic parts, including the top rails.
