Description of Work: There was a power outage and everything had to be readjusted. He replaced the entire a/c unit for my apartment. He put in a brand new air handler and a fan on the roof.

Description of Work: Jose is the best A/C specialist on the planet. My A/C would run all day and never cool below 78%. I had other A/C companies add freon but Jose took the time and fixed the leak. Now I'm a cool 72%. Because I had such a good experience with Jose and White Eagle I'm having A/C vents added to the bathrooms. He is also making adjustments to make sure cool air is evenly distributed throughout the home. Jose is also fixing the water drain valve that had been incorrectly installed. I can now trust Jose with making the right decision in replacing a Twelve year old A/C unit in another rental property. I was just wasting time and money with other A/C companies with Tune-ups, adding freon or expensive coil cleaning.

Description of Work: Completed installation of new air conditioning system. Install unit on the roof and new air handler in the apartment. Updated the plenum of the duct work system. Jose applied to the Deerfield Beach building department for the necessary permit. The whole project ran smoothly. On a continuous basis, annually, Jose has been checking/servicing the entire AC system. Since 2007 I have never had any problem with the installation and the maintenance has been excellent.

And that is not my opinion alone. All my friends here at Beach House say the same things about Jose. He gave me lots of tips on how to save on my electric bill and how to maintain the quality of the air inside my apartment. He replaced a 1" filter with a 2" one which promoted much better sealing capability. Because I completely trust Jose and I wanted a more efficient system, in March 2012, I've asked him to install a brand new air conditioning system. The experience was smooth. Jose guided me thorought the complete process, all the way from getting a permit from the city, to passing the inspections, to final step. Jose took the time to make sure installation was perfect during the entire day. No disruption to my day at all. He was very professional. I count on White Eagle Air Conditiong. Truly recommended.
