+ -1 moreI am very happy with their service. Over the years they kept in touch with me and responded to my requests in a professional manner. Their prices are reasonable, the work is solid, and I will request future services from this company.
Description of Work: 7 years ago, Starmark Construction remodeled my condominium, including gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, installing laminate flooring, and painting the entire apartment. One year later, Starmark installed impact windows in the entire apartment (approx $6000). Just this year, Starmark returned to perform some small maintenance, and a new job - baseboards in my master bedroom closet.

+ 1 moreIt was a great experience. This was the first time that we did such a large renovation and it went smoother than I could have ever anticipated. Every step was completed either on time or early. Preston Mark was a pleasure to work with. All of his subcontractors were equally professional. I feel like his prices were more than fair and I never felt that I was being over-charged. Preston also was very patient with my indecisiveness, which I know could not have been easy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Preston & Starmark for any small or large construction job. I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I hired Starmark to do a renovation of a 3 unit property in Ft. Lauderdale. They completely remodeled 1 kitchen, partially remodeled a second kitchen, updated 6 bathrooms, flooring, minor electrical work, interior and exterior paint.

I was very impressed by the amazing attention paid to detail and incredible responsiveness, he truly listened to my requests and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations. Due to the professionalism, good work and care that Starmark provides, I have recommended Mr. Mark to my best friend and she will be using his company on an extensive remodel of her home. He always shows up on time, provides written estimates, keeps great records, handles the permitting process, etc.
Description of Work: Preston Mark/Starmark did a number of things on my home. The concrete outside was spalling and there was concern about the beam of between my downstairs unit and the upstairs unit. Mr. Mark engaged an engineer and they were able to determine that the issue could be fixed by just replacing the concrete, offering me a substantial savings. I then contracted him to take out my jalousie windows throughout my home and install new impact resistent windows. He also fixed the stucco, painted the interior and exterior and other things. He was always punctual, is a perfectionist and has great follow up. His subcontractors were exemplary and he always came to check their work. He even came back to fix little issues that were not his responsibility after the fact!!
