 + -1 moreI basically got bamboozled and ripped off. The young woman when I called to ask tried to get me to buy some $400 - $500 report. I told her I already had all of this public information and there was nothing new to report. It was a disappointing experience. I was dissatisfied, the first report was worthless. She said she would refund me the $100 the next day. I let some time go by, but I still have never received the money. They forced me into using PayPal for the transaction.
Description of Work: Sent me information on getting a title that I already knew.

Poorly - and not refund promised was ever mailed to me! I was very disappointed and unhappy - to say the least - that I never got the money back for this worthless report. Due to the unpleasantness of the phone call that I'd made for more info... I don't want to stress myself out again by talking to anyone at this firm - who as stated, did NOT come through as promised.
Description of Work: I was talked into purchasing a $100.0 online O & E (occupation & encumbrance) report; a few days later on February 23, 2016, the report I bought online was emailed to me - and NOT containing any new information - only what is publicly available - and which I had researched heavily and already had in my possession, having weeks earlier been searching the local county website for all foreclosure info for a foreclosure /auction sherif's sale of a condo in Delray Beach, FL, that we were considering purchasing at the auction on March 17, 2016. This report was nothing new; I got nothing new or otherwise useful from Smart Title. After the report arrived and I went through it, I was confused. I called for an explanation of what the content of the O & E report contained. I got very little help from the owner (one Ms. Cindy Carrion) - with whom I was speaking at that time - who also was in a hurry to get me off the phone - and was a bit rude as well. I told [her] I did NOT get "anything new from their report", as promised by the employee I ordered the report from a few days earlier. she argued a bit with me on the phone. I insisted she make good on the $100.00, since I got nothing new for that money spent via internet purchase of the said report. The owner finally "relented (she said...)" - and promised to "reimburse me me the $100.00 fee for the report; said she'd mail me a check for $100.00 the next day" - and it has never come. She was so unpleasant to work with and try to sort this issue out - and she never sent me the money back as she'd promised - I don't want to deal with them about this non-payment back to me; they were rude and pushy and in a hurry, not caring at all about my situation. => I would never give SMART TITLE in DEERFIELD BEACH, FL any official rating other than: "F".
