They informed me they could not replace or fix the problem. I was willing to have them replaced but not at full price. Therefore I took the rest of my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: I order electric shades from this company. Unfortunately they were see through shades.

He has done well and the quality was very good. The scheduling was okay and Boaz would correct any problems that you had. I did not like one of the people that sold the carpet and Boaz took care of it immediately as I did not want them back to my house. The cleanup was fine.
Description of Work: They have installed new carpet in the bedroom and my husband's offices. They have also installed blinds in my bedroom.

Excellent! Everything went as promised, including timing. Project Manager visited the site many times to make sure everything was progressing well---we were very impressed! He also went out of his way to find some of the products we wanted. The kitchen looks great and we are very, very happy working with this vendor. We have already recommended Royal to several of our friends. Also, and very important to us, was that they were very responsive to our phone calls, and were very easy to work with.
Description of Work: Remodeled entire kitchen, including cabinets, countertops, lighting and installation of new appliances.
