Description of Work: I am so appreciate of the Company, Plumbing Mart, Broward, Boca and Boynton for their service that I am writing a positive review any where I can. My husband is in deep trouble as he tried to fix the guest toilet. Twenty people were going to arrive for dinner that evening. Discovering my husband should just stick to sales, I urgently called Plumbing Mart, speaking to Thelma and she kindly sent Ron over right away. Ron pulled out a huge 6' tree root compaction that was growing underneath. Took many hours and a mess, but by the time my company arrived you would never know what had occurred. I have to write a great review. The promptness, professionalism was just awesome!!!

Description of Work: Dwayne visited and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended additional work. I called back to schedule it. The company schedule the work and then, that day, I called them only to learn they had cancelled the job, as Dwayne was busy with another job. No problem; it happens. We rescheduled. The second time, they called to say they could not send Dwayne. I was offered the option of a plumber I had never met and talked with or they would cancel my job again. This is no way to treat your customers. I ended up canceling the job, even though I believe Dwayne seemed competent etc. The office clearly does not know how to run and the person I talked at the office with both uninterested in the dilemma she had caused for me and unprofessional. There are lots of other plumbers that hopefully can work without canceling repeatedly.

Description of Work: The plumber arrived & discovered that he did not have the parts needed to fix our leak. He came back the next morning with the required piece of piping, (a small piece that probably cost just a few dollars), & did the repair in less than 45 minutes. He than gave us a bill for over $300. That night when we did the math we realized that he had over charged us by double. We called the company the next morning to report the issue. We were told that they couldn't do anything until they spoke with he plumber they had sent out to do the job. This took 3 days, & several phone calls from us to finally get an answer. After getting all of the facts from said plumber we were issued a refund of $145. We thank Plumbers Mart for making the correction but because of the plumber they sent to us we will not recommend or use them in the future.

Description of Work: They were consistently late and were no shows twice. The fourth time, the guy had no idea what he was doing. I would not recommend.

Description of Work: I've used Plumbing Mart for 15 years and have always had excellent customer service. Always responsive and they've always done a good job.
