Great experience and very professional staffing. I have not seen many businesses in South Florida that takes pride in their customer service, this company puts their customer service first. I was very impressed and very satisified. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great Company !

Tghey sprayed and fertilized my yard and burned up the entire lawn. It is completely dead. I called them and they said that they would warn the techniticians to be more careful on others laws in the future and apologized,. Meanwhile I am looking at $600.00 for new grass and labor. No good. I am certainly not pleased and will never use them again. I started a monthly contract with them which I now have cancelled.

Technicians were on time, very polite, efficient, informative and helpful. I will be calling again for monthly service. Have used other companies in the past Pest Logic is so much better than any other service.

The main office and the technicians are very friendly and courteous. We've had a few miscommunications where the technicians set up follow up appointments that didn't get recorded by the main office, which led to a missed appt and a late appt. Nevertheless, the appropriate apologies were made and overall I am pleased with the attention to detail and the courteous staff. I would recommend the company and would hire them again.
