Mr-Paver

I recently hired this company for paver cleaning and sealing, and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. I shelled out a whopping $1.9K, expecting a professional service, but what I got was a complete disappointment. Just seven days after forking over my hard-earned money, I noticed weeds sprouting up through the pavers they supposedly removed and sealed. It's mind-boggling how a company claiming to be experts in this field could mess up so badly. The whole point of paying for removal and sealing was to prevent precisely this kind of issue! In a desperate attempt to find a solution, I called to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of being met with empathy and a commitment to fixing their mistake, I was met with downright rudeness. The customer service was atrocious, and it was clear that they had no interest in remedying the situation. I cannot stress this enough: stay far away from this Mr-Paver. Their incompetence, combined with terrible customer service, makes them utterly unreliable. Save your money, time, and sanity by finding a company that actually delivers on its promises. This has been a costly lesson for me, and I hope my review serves as a warning to anyone considering their services.

YOU WILL NOT GET ANY CALLS BACK ABOUT THE JOB ALL THEY DO IS CALL TO COLLECT PAYMENT. THEY WILL SUCKER YOU IN WITH THE JOB THEN DISAPPEAR. NO FOLLOW UP NOTHING . THEY COME AND GO SO FAST AND YOU WILL BE SCREWED. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS!

They should tell the customer that they need a permit, They will not help you preparing for permit, they never response with the materials to be used to apply the permit. Ended up to cancel the order. The contract says for cancellation it will cost $300 but they charge me for $350.00

I am on the BOD of an HOA community. I hired Mr-Paver to lift and regrade an existing paver walkway to correct flooding issues. The work was completed on time and the workers were professional. HOWEVER, since the installation, there has been very little rain until 3 weeks ago making it difficult to tell if the pitch issues and flooding had been resolved. Once the rain started I quickly discovered that we were still having flooding issues. I called Mr P immediately and asked them to come out to discuss the issue. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told I would receive a call back from Matt within a day or 2. - as I said that was 3 WEEKS AGO!!!! I have respectfully called and texted asking for a call back - CRICKETS, absolutely no response. I am now left with a job that my community paid a considerable amount of money to fix and cannot even get a call back. In todays world there is nothing more important than customer service - unfortunately theirs sucks! it is sad that they have lost a customer - who would have been a repeat customer - had they called back to support their repair. Shame on you Mr. Paver

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY/OWNER TERRIBLE!!!! The work was done during several days of rain. When they applied the sealer it was done while raining which resulted in the sealer mixing with rain water, creating milky pools which have permanently discolored the driveway. The owner, Matt Santos, promised a one year warrantee, but has not returned calls, texts nor emails to correct the problem. His men poured mortar over the drain they placed and now the drain cover can't be removed to clear out debris from the drain. Matt promised to fix this and never returned to have it done. It is now 6 months since the job was done and the driveway looks terrible and the drain is of no use. He won't return calls. He is dishonest, unethical and provided no oversight to his men during the job. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

It started raining immediately after they applied the first coat of sealer and while they were still here, The rain caused the cement to liquify and run onto the paver surface in some areas. They applied the second coat of sealer, however the end result was large white spots in some areas of the pavers and a dull finish. It didn't end up being the wet look they said it would be. Also, the team did not finish the edging as was required in the contract. We have called and texted several times but no one has returned our calls/texts. They told us when we paid the final amount that they would be happy to come back and fix any remaining issues as we were concerned about the white spots and the edging.

This is the most professional, well organized and well managed company that I have dealt with in the last decade. It does very neat work and knows their business. They use information technology in a way that complements and supports their work exceptionally at all stages. Effective and focused is how I would describe them.

Horrible, hired them to replace concrete that holds pavers in place, they did a horrible job and then threw all the old concrete under our palm plant. I paid them in full because it was after dark when they finished and I couldn’t see the awful job they had done. This was done on November 25 and I have called and sent texts numerous times since and they do not respond.

We hired Mr-Paver for Paver restoration work. Upfront experience with the office Manager was satifactory but very disappointed with the quality of work. We spoke about pressure washing, repairing few pavers, sanding, and sealing the pavers but only pressure washing, poor repair work and sand was done. We were told that sealing was never discussed and is not on the invoice. The rain next day already took the sand off from many places. I would not recommend this place. I regret hiring and paying the full amt despite of poor quality. No one from the office like Project Manager oversees the work or comes to check the finished work. I sent picture of the work to the office manager and did not get response back. Very disappointed! We hired another person to do the sealing so the remaining sand doesn't wash off. The workmen were punctual and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I was very pleased with their work

Excellent staff. Got to job as scheduled and did not stop working. All work was done quickly and professionally. Excellent service. Have referred to a contractor friend of mine for future work.

Great job all around. From the estimate to actual work I am very pleased with the job. The company is very professional with emailed estimate with pictures immediately. After a week the pavers and cement are aligned and holding tight. I definitely recommend Mr.Paver.

After emailing them for a quote they responded immediately with a request for further information. After returning the email I got no response. I followed up with a phone and was able to set an appointment for them to come out for an estimate. At the very end of the estimate timeframe I received a call that he would not be able to make it and that he would be out the next day....I have never heard from him since. Totally unreliable.

They did an exceptional job! We will definitely hire them again when needed.

The guys showed up promptly at 8:15 am as promised and worked until 5:15 pm that day. They were professional and for the most part pretty careful in doing the work and clean up.

By far the best paver contractor we have used. Knowledgable punctual and professionable
