I had a leak in my roof and skylight that needed to be repaired. My HOA gave me the name of Monarch roofing as they are the contractor who services our area. My problem was quickly assessed and I was given a fair rate for the roof repair and replacement of the skylight. The work was completed the next day and everything was done very professionally and without incident. The work area was left clean. I am satisfied with the job and work performed.

Great price. Great service. Fast and trustworthy. He gave me the lowest price I got from 5 other roofers registered here. I did not like that fact, but my neighbors told me they have fixed their roofs with him, not doing the whole roof. I took the chance and it was only perfect. They cleaned every day after their work , polite, respectful, serious workers. I recommend this company.

Samuel call me back with in the hour of leaving the message. Came to assess the repair for the estimate the next morning which was the first moment free of heavy rain. Emailed me the estimate that evening with Photos of the current condition of the roof area in question. The estimate was much more reasonable than the 3 other estimates I received, and covered more square footage of the roof. They implemented the repairs the first morning after I signed the contract for the job. He finished just in time before storm Andrea started. Sent me pictures of the progress of the repair and the completed repair. The team cleaned up everything, like they weren't even there, except that now I have a fixed roof.
