Complete Mater Bath demolition and remodel. About the only thing done efficiently was the demolition. The tub and shower have had plumbing problems that weren't present prior to remodel. Both mixing valves are leaking and required me to replace the ceiling on the first floor from water damage. The marble window sills are too thick therefore the windows barely close. I had to remove the tile around the tub mixing valve to repair the poor installation. Most corners where new tile and grout were installed has cracked and needs to be removed and re-grouted. The entire perimeter where the tub and tile meet is a mess and needs to me removed and redone. Anytime I pointed out an issue it was never his fault. How does a professional Tile person blame grout for the problems? Who mixes the grout and applies it? And if you are not a plumber, then don't pretend to be one! I realize now I should have hired a General Contractor instead of a "Tile Guy" that claimed he could do the job soup to nuts. PS - still haven't used the tub or sink and it's been 4 months. Do not let these people near your home. Very smooth talker and seems very nice and trustworthy, but the work gets an 'F' grade.
