Met with Carol, the owner, 2-3 times for consultation. Made decisions with Carol. Crew leader & crew was first class, professional & timely. An overall wonderful experience- Great job Gulfstream!!!

They had to get a part for a window and they were considerably delayed; they said because of the manufacturer, but then they had to reschedule me a couple of times because they were delayed in making service calls.

Project went well, outside of manufacturer delays, installers did a great job.

Great, they took care of permits meg, etc. Started on time finish on time called for inspection met inspector to go they process cleaned up. Well courteous workers.

The project went better than anticipated. Our contact, Carol Foster, had lots of info on the products available from several manufacturers. She helped us to make the best choices for our home. The crew was professional at all times. I was impressed with the work ethic each day. Cleanup was performed at the end of each day and all materials were disposed of. After inspection the crew returned to finish up all detail work.

They did a great job. They were nice, punctual and when minor mistakes happen they corrected it quick. I had 7 quotes. I chose Gulfstream because Carol Foster made me feel comfortable. I also like the fact that it is a family business, husband and wife. My house looks like a new home. The workers were so respectful and clean.

The amount cited above is for reinstallation of six hurricane sliding glass doors for our rear porch, after the original installer failed to obtain engineering plans, nor did he install them to building code, and notified us after he completed the job that he did not obtain a city permit for the work. To rectify this we contacted Gulfstream Windows and Doors. Gulfstream and their installer worked with us and their engineer over many visits to determine the specifications needed to complete this Category III Sun Room project to code. Although the doors and tracks had been previously purchased and installed ($8,500), new metal framing was fabricated and different installation techniques were used to meet the code requirements. We are extremely pleased with Gulfstream's approach to this project. The owners, staff, and installer were professional, competent, and attentive to details. We have already recommended Gulfstream to others in our HOA community.

My slider is old and the track was so bent that I literally pulled off the handle one day trying to open it. It is now working perfectly - I sometimes forget and pull it too hard - wow! It slides like a brand new door.

John Foster (Owner) was a pleasure to deal with as were all members of the staff.

They arrived on time and were prepared to do the job in one trip. Impressive.
