Excellent! Ted was awesome, he called and was able to come earlier than expected which was great as my valve wouldn’t turn off and was leaking water everywhere. He fixed it efficiently and effectively and was super professional. A+ job as I have not used a plumber in this town before and it was a fantastic experience. Thanks again!

We thought replacing with copper would solve the problem. However, a year and half later, pipes leaking, mold on ceilings. Called a different plumber, and a lot of the welds were never done causing leaks at the seems. Gimler should be ashamed at the terrible work performed, and the price we paid. Stay away from Gimler, poor customer service, and does not stand behind work performed.

They have been out to my house twice in the last 60 days. They did repair work on comodes, sinks and that sort of thing.

I originally called Gimler for a bath tub fixture piece. When I went in they informed me I had purchased the wrong fixture set and they showed me exactly what I needed, saving me time and money. Robert, the plumber, came to my home the same day. He was a pleasure to have in my home, wasted no time, and fixed all of my plumbing issues for a good price.

I found Gimler Plumbing to be the most knowledgeable, courteous, reliable plumbers I ever dealt with (and I've owned seven homes), I highly recommend this great fourth generation owned company.

My daughter recommended them. He was great. He was very professional and very clean. The price was reasonable. He was prompt. The guy wasted no time and did a good job cleaning up after himself. Everything was great.

My water heater needed to be replaced. Call 6 plumbers in Deerfield/Pompano Beach area. Gimler had the best price. I went by their store in Deerfield and made an appointment. They showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after them selves to.

First guy said it was impossible to replace. The second one who came over replaced it in 1 1/2 hr.

Half assed and left a mess.

They did what was asked but charged too much and left a bit of a mess. Nice guys.

It was a rental unit and they were very responsive and worked well with my tenant Kay

the work done on the valves to the house was done as asked and done well. On the washing machine, the guy did not perform the work as I described (although I may not have described exactly what I wanted as they had done the same in my old house and I assumed it would be done with the same type.) It did not meet my satifsacation but the owner did get involed and they came back and only charged me the labor. It is still not what I wanted but no longer worth the effort of trying. The actual work is fine it is just not aesthestically appealing and looks industrial.

I live in an old house and the pipes tend to get backed up now and then. Gimler will come out and unclog in minimumal time. Sometimes they have to go on the roof and clean out the main stack. When they replaced the water heater, they came out gave an estimate and next day install a new one.

No one ever called or came out! Funny thing is, I'd used them before. NEVER AGAIN!

They were great. Very friendly, very professional. They were in and out. They called to confirm the time.

I like them a lot. They were very cordial. They came when they said they would. I wanted a particular water heater. They were knowledgeable about it and they got it for the best price. They came out and installed it. The installation was wonderful.

We had some other estimates and the prices were out of sight and some of the companies didn't seem interested. One place wanted over $1000.00. Gilmer did the job for an affordable price and they did a great job. They also replaced a trap in my kitchen while they were here.

They were excellent and they are very nice. They were on time and I have no complaints. The price was reasonable. They did a good job and if I need them again I will call them.

He was fast and good, and explained everything to me. He was also half the price of a previous plumber I had used for the same problem. They came on time and completed the job.

Company promptly returned my call from early morning and arrived at my home in West Boca at approx. 8:15. Service Tech was knowledgeable and fixed is a short period of time.

I just recently used them and they were great! They came out and did the job, got in and got out. They were very neat and cleaned up well and were also very nice to deal. They have always been very good!!!!!

Gimler called before arriving and were very much on-time in the 2 hour window I was given when appointment was made. Plumber was courteous and cleaned up good after doing the work. My only complaint, and very tiny it is, is that when I called for appointment, I asked what charges there would be. I was told $70 for first 1/2 hour and $35 for each extra 1/2 hour. He was at the house in 15 minutes and bill was $75.00. I was not told in advance that there was a $5.00 "truck fee". They should mention this on phone when you make an appointment. Other than that, I would certainly call them again for sure.

Gimler Plumbing was very fair and up front. They arrived promptly and did not try to do more work than I needed. It was great to know I could trust them and I got a great rate as well.

They sell all kinds of plumbing equipment and supplies. They are an well-established family business and we thought they were superb. This was not an easy job. Overall, we were very satisfied with the company.
