I just completed a job with SUNTEK ROOFING, and the service was terrific. The contractor, Martin, was very professional and thorough with the task being performed. I received step-by-step images from start to finish. Additionally, I was given a one-week grace period to see if any leak had appeared before paying for the completed job. I would definitely use them again for future work and repairs.

Martin's crew did an excellent job! I needed 1 roof vent replaced & another installed. They gave me a quote, did the work that week & completed it in under a day. They had to remove & replace the old vent, shingles & underlayment around the vents. They replaced the plywood as well (one 4x8). I had 2 bathroom fans and a dryer vent exhausting out of one 10x10 vent - and not doing it very well. I asked Martin for an estimate on installing 1 additional and he correctly diagnosed that the one I had was leaking. Great work, I would definitely use them again!

Turned out to be only one hole from a nail holding on tile. It was confirmed by them going up into the attic and looking above where the leak was.

They were very prompt, able to come out for a consultation the next day. And once the rain stopped they were able to get it patched up quickly.

Once I decided to have the roof repaired and coated the work was scheduled and was completed within a couple of days. The team is excellent. Professional. Explanations are clear. Work is photographed and sent to you. Updates are given as the work progresses. Workers are on time and courteous. On a personal note I feel that companies who focus on customer service and who get things done promptly are the best fit for me. Suntek is great. I had a fortune cookie that said: "buy only the best and cry once". With Suntek you don't have to cry very much at all as the price is fair considering the scope of work and the warranty. I plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Excellent experience and would definitely recommend Suntek for any roof repair job. I purchased a house that has a 20 year old roof, and on the inspection they detected some issues on the flashing sealing of the roof with the second floor of the house, as well as broken fascia in one corner. Martin came to the property and inspected, and as he was doing so he was always explaining details about how roofs are built and what was needed to be done to maximize the life of the existing roof. The estimate was competitively priced so I moved forward with them. Martin brought two people along with him for the job, indicated all the details to them and they guys started working. All the time Martin was in full communication, and at some point when they were working on the flashing they noticed that there was indeed a portion of the roof that was completely decayed an leaking, so he called me to explain the facts and gave me the price for replacing that panel, which was also reasonable priced so we moved forward with it. Overall great experience with Suntek and high recommend them.

Very thorough with great results. Had similar issue adjacent to repaired area and they replaced flashing and repaired for free. Ameliano is as honest a contractor as you will find.

Owner is very honest and trustworthy. Looked at job from tight attic and outside, provided estimate and got work done all in less than a week. We had seepage staining plywood but not leaking internally at eave with tile roof, discovered during inspection for sale of house. Inspector said it was a $17,000 replacement or $4,000 repair, Suntek repaired for much less.
