They worked very well as a team which allowed the project to be completed quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and asked me to review the work before they left. I will recommend and I will use them again when needed.

They were very efficient, reasonable cost and coordination was easy. I needed carpet removed and replaced with vinyl plank, Andy had samples to choose from, he got materials and had his installer doing the work within one week. Installer was very efficient and did a great job. Project included staircase that’s labor intensive. Professional company with great quality work and reasonable prices. I would hire them again for future flooring projects.

Waited to write this review until we lived in the home for at least 11-12 months. The LVT that they sell leaves a lot to be desired. They get you with how much cheaper the LVT is than a brand you can get from big box stores, while also offering the same **features**. Mil thickness of the protective layer, snap/lock system, foam backing, etc. However, after 1 year of living with the floor, we are already looking to replace the floor. The LVT has started to separate in multiple areas of the home, they have gouges and the wear/protective layer is significantly thinner than advertised. Moreover, the actual quality of work, for the amount paid, is subpar AT BEST. A typical company that subcontracts all the work to the cheapest crew or guys around. Every day new faces showed up, closet doors were broken and attempted to be fixed instead of replaced, and the **level** work was nonexistent. If you walk in the house it feels like you are on an ocean. All they did was make the leveling mud liquidity enough where when they would pour it out like pancake batter. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I had to do it all over again, I would have gone with someone else. I did not even call the company to rectify anything as to just avoid the headache we went through the first time.

Great customer service Andreas was courteous fair, on time and all the workers did an excellent job on my new floors. I will definitely recommend them and use them in any future flooring job.
