Facebook installer whom I call Fernando created a beautiful shower in my home. It's so beautiful that the shower looks like a work of art. They utilize the highest quality materials and have a great selection. They came and completed the project completely. Nevertheless, Fernando and his team attended to detail and strived for perfection. There was great communication as we made several choices as the project proceeded. If you want really beautiful work done by caring people, I would recommend Fernando.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring FB Install and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and the quality of work they provided. Upon purchasing my home in September, unexpected repairs surfaced, particularly concerning the upstairs shower subfloor, which was unsafe for use. Desperate for a reliable contractor, we reached out to several companies, but FB Install, and Fernando in particular, quickly stood out. What sets Fernando apart is not only his competitive pricing but also his unparalleled work ethic and genuine friendliness. Unlike typical salesmen, Fernando doesn't need to oversell himself; his work speaks volumes. In my case, he not only repaired the subfloor but also handled the installation of the shower. His recommendations for tile, shower trim, shower door, and other elements were super helpful too. While considering materials, we did our due diligence, exploring options at stores like Floor & Decor and Home Depot. However, the materials Fernando offered us proved to be of superior quality and better prices than anything we found elsewhere. Once the bathroom project was completed, a minor issue with the shower floor drainage came up due to a dip in the slope of the floor tile. True to his commitment to quality service, Fernando promptly addressed and fixed the problem. The result is a flawlessly functioning and aesthetically pleasing bathroom that has exceeded our expectations. Working with FB Install, and specifically with Fernando, has been a seamless and satisfying experience. From the initial assessment to the final touches, his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction shine through. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I highly, highly recommend FB Install for anyone seeking bathroom repairs or remodel.

Our mother hired Fernando and FBI Installers to remodel a bathroom then a bedroom. She was looking for someone to come in to do the entire job including design. Fernando’s wife came to visit her with pictures of a green marble bathroom. She loved the photos and hired them to proceed. Our mother was specific with a few items such as bronzed fixtures and a cream-colored vanity. She did not want a typical gray and white bathroom. She got a typical gray and white bathroom but since the project was completed and she was not physically able to change anything, she left it as is. The bathroom has two different color fixtures with a brushed nickel in the shower and gold/white on the vanity that look odd and mismatched. Plus, the doorknob to the bathroom is brass and the doorknob to the bedroom is nickel. They are completely different in style and color. The grout in the shower has an incomplete area. The light switch was installed in the opposite direction and was corrected when mentioned but dirty handprints were left in the area that were never cleaned. The baseboards in the bedroom are not flush with the wall. The fan was installed (a silver contemporary design where the entire home is vintage/antique design) and does not work. Fernando insisted our mother purchased the fan and she needs to return it for a new one. We have the contract which clearly states that FBI Installers purchased and installed the fan. Our mother was very unhappy with the choice of the fan and when they purchased a second one for the den, she insisted it be returned and replaced with one that matches the overall home design. He did comply with her request in the den however, Fernando has ignored our texts to replace the broken fan in the bedroom. FBI Installers hired a painter to paint the outside of the home. Rather than move one vine, they painted over it. The doors were painted very sloppily with the door color all over the trim of the doors. Our mother was very dissatisfied with the painter and the sloppy work that has still not been corrected. During the paint job, the painter put cardboard over the windows that left our mother in the dark in her home for almost two weeks! Our mother met with Fernando when giving him his final payment to go over a punch list of these items to be corrected in July. He was contacted again in early September on his plans to completed the list. When our mother passed away in mid-September, her daughters attempted to contact him many times about completing the punch list. He finally responded and came to the house to see the items in November, two months later. We reached out again in December with no response to again try to schedule a time to complete the job. He has refused to respond to us. At this point, we do not intend to continue contacting him. We would NOT recommend FBI Installers to anyone especially the elderly where he takes advantage of them.

It went very well. FB installation has done several remodeling projects for us. Their work always comes out great. Fernando and his team did such an amazing job on my kitchen. I had a huge project that was a complete transformation. My kitchen has been fully upgraded from an old 1970’s style kitchen with walls to a completely open floor plan modern white kitchen with beautiful white and gray quartz countertops, white cabinets with gold fixtures, white subway tiles, along with gray vinyl flooring. His team did everything from the gutting and tear down, plumbing, electrical, and all installations of cabinets, countertops, tiles, and flooring. If you are looking for a one stop shop that can take care of all of your needs this is the place. Fernando always made sure that every detail was taken care of. He’s even helped me out almost a year and a half later with small details to keep the kitchen perfect. They are amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fernando is an amazing contractor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. I loved working with him and in fact, he is currently also totally remodeling my kitchen. Everything in the bathroom came out perfectly, exactly as I wanted. It is important to note that Fernando really listened to what I wanted and was able to make sure the bathroom was exactly as I imagined. My husband had Fernando come out after being introduced through a mutual party. There was a leak in the upstairs shower, which they did fix (simple replacement of PVC pipe). The issue came when he was asked to give us a quote to redo the bathrooms which were something we thought about for a while. We received some insurance money, Fernando asked for a 10% deposit. My husband gave it to him in good faith to redo the bathrooms. Fernando however took the money never did any work/ remodeling for the bathroom and when my husband reached out NUMEROUS times this contractor did not answer and never return any calls or the money he stole.

The process was slow due to Covid and permit issues, but the quality of work and end result were excellent.
