He was thorough in his explanation of the services and did an exceptional job with the house inspection. He gave us recommendations and even followed up afterwards. We were very happy with the overall experience!

We are very pleased with thoroughness of the inspection. We are particularly impressed with the written report, it contained photos and descriptions of of each area. If a problem was identified, the notation was made next to the photo so there is no confusion about what he foun and where it was located. Also, the inspector was on time and did not rush through the inspection, we had his undivided attention.

Inspection was thorough and as expected. Eric possesses a vast knowledge of the home inspection process and what items should be reviewed. He offered his opinion on what needs to be replaced immediately and what items can wait. I would uses his services again and would recommend him to others.
