Description of Work: If you are looking for a pro, Eric goes so far beyond your expectation. Based largely on Google reviews, I reached out to Eric and he was considerate to accommodate my appointment on a very short notice due to urgency. Eric was very friendly and easy to talk with- he encouraged me to accompany him throughout the inspection (where it was safe to do so), and shared his process and what he was looking for. He answered all my questions during the inspection and his report is detail-oriented, organized, helpful, and was delivered quickly. The report is laid out in such a way that is easy to identify what I needs attention and why. His pricing was fair, and the final cost matched the quote provided. It was great working with him, as I knew exactly how to take the problem and knew the scope of the project, thanks to Eric explaining it to me every step of the way. Eric is a very nice and courteous guy—I would highly recommend.
