Eric took the time to explain the entire home inspection process to my husband and I. He showed up onsite on time and went right to work. Eric is a great inspector. The prices are great and he spends a lot more time making sure you as the customer understand what repairs should be made. He is not the typical south Florida professional he actually answers his phone and responds back quickly
