Description of Work: Charles comes to my house for computer training. He also installed my new computer. Charles shows me the new programs on the computer. He is working with me on photo-shop, etc.

 + -1 moreTrying to correct the error message proved quite time consuming. In order to give me some help in other areas, Charlie came up with a temporary solution. We discussed some other areas regarding Windows Vista and I found him very easy to talk with - no tech talk! I will definitely have him come back for more help and some training. The $80 cost was for 2 hours of non-stop help!
Description of Work: Called for help after receiving an error message that prevented us from shutting down our laptop. I also had some other more normal operating questions for Charlie.

 + -1 moreCharles was great. He not only straightened everything out in a matter of minutes, but my computer ran better than it had in a long time. Charles also took the time to explain to me why my computer was performing so poorly, and then he spent the rest of our 2 hour time slot showing me how to do a variety of things that I was having trouble with or could not figure out how to do at all. He was very patient which I really appreciated. I have since had Charles return on several occasions for more tutoring, and I highly recommend his services whether you are a beginner like me or more advanced. He really knows his stuff.
Description of Work: I needed help organizing some things on my computer and I also wanted to learn how to do some other things, but the first guy I had come in who I called from an ad in the newspaper was a terrible teacher and to make matters worse he left my computer totally screwed up. Thankfully, a friend then referred me to Charles at Computers Plus.
