 + -1 moreCompusa was so fast and competent that I waited while they fixed it. I was on my way in a very short time. I recommend this company very highly. The prices are very low. I couldn't believe the small amount they charged me for this repair.
Description of Work: I had them replace the fan on my computer when the hard drive crashed.

computer sales
 + -1 moreComp USA really is a company I would consider using when I do eventually purchase my computer. I think the prices are fairly reasonable, the selection is good and the sales team was rather knowledgeable. I think they were not fixated on selling me one particular kind of computer, which appealed to me. I did not find the sales team to be overly pushy. In general I felt the sales team treated me as a potential customer with respect, consideration, and patience. That is enough to make me feel pretty satisfied as a shopper and helps me to say that yes, I would consider making a large item purchase from them in the future.
Description of Work: When I was interested in purchasing a new personal computer, I headed over to my local Comp USA to examine their selection. I wanted to get an estimate ($800) on the type of computer I was considering purchasing. I was quick to note that my local Comp USA was running a special and I wanted to inquire about the logistics of the computer and the prices.

 + -1 moreI WOULD DEFINITELY SEND MY BEST FRIEND TO THEM, BECAUSE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO THE WORK. THEY COME BACK WITH RESULTS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND I SEND EVERYONE THERE. LET'S HOPE THEY STAY THAT WAY.
