They did a good job. They were very punctual and I would use them again.

The gentlemen who came out initially was helpful and nice. He came on a Sunday within hours of my initial call and gave us a ballpark figure of around $7800, but said they'd email us the actual quote. We received the quote the following day for $8030, which did not include the permit fee. We asked about the cost, initially they said around $700, but advised me to get the permit myself to save money. When I spoke with the city they recommended the contractor apply for the permit, due to liability reasons. When I asked the contractor about this, they advised me that their "fee" to get the permit was $460 in addition to the cost of the permit, changing the quoted fee from $700 to $990 for the permit, bringing our total from $8030 to $9020. I checked with other companies, I found that no one else charges this obscene fee, in fact the total cost for the permit is $225.00. This company's business practice of charging nearly a 100% markup on a permit is disreputable and unprofessional.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER EVEN THOUGH THE WORK WAS STARTED TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WORKERS WERE NOT LAZY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
