Good Job

America Pavers did my driveway, walk, and patio. I was thrilled with the outcome and pleased every time I pull up to the house and see my beautiful travertine circular driveway. The pavers were laid perfectly, they are completely even, there are no raised or sunken pieces. It has a graceful curve, and elegant openings for landscaped areas. I see people stop in front of the house everyday to admire my driveway, and it really gives me a feeling of satisfaction. I was also very pleased by the service I received from Carlos, the owner of the company. It was he that gave me the excellent suggestions for the shape of the driveway, and dissuaded me from adding unnecessary square footage where it wouldn't have gotten much use. We used a gorgeous marble for the patio, and I couldn't be happier with the look, the smooth feel, and the easy maintenance of my beautiful patio! Throughout the job Carlos was always available to answer my (many) questions, and he was always gracious and pleasant although I knew he was usually pretty busy when I would speak with him. He never made me feel as though I was interrupting him, which initially was one of the reasons I ultimately decided to go with his company, because I called him several times before I went ahead, and he was always courteous and gave me good advice about other renovation issues not related to what his company does. I was very impressed by his professionalism In short, they did a great job, maintained a clean job site, and took all the debris with them when it was finished, leaving nothing behind but their beautiful work and a.very satisfied customer. It's not a cheap upgrade, and his estimate wasn't the lowest I received; it was about average price for the work, but the job they did made me feel pretty smart for choosing them.

I sent him a competitive bid. The company I was going to use was somehow unable to do the project. I sent Tim a the competitor's bid and he got back to me the next day and said he could do it for that price. 3 other contractors said they couldn't do it. Tim filed all the necessary paperwork to the town. I had never met Tim personally, but he sent over a wonderful crew. There were 4 of them and it took about 4 hours to complete the whole job. They were curteous and friendly. The job was done exactly as I had planned. I don't think I could say enough good about this contractor. I have written some negative reviews on Angie's list so I'm not one of those people how just checks all "A's". He really was that good.

Job was completed in less than a work day, efficiently, with minimum interruption and very neatly done.

We recommend to your particular favor and attention the owner and his team of this amazing company. Indeed we met about ten contractors and elected to use Mr. Carlos Fabrica because he is really a distinguished and honorable man. He told us straight away that he will do the job from a to z with permits and in accordance with all Florida laws and regulations. He and his colleagues arrived always strictly on time, their conduct was highly praiseworthy, and their abilities were all that could be desired. As a matter of fact the gentleman who did the hard work did it from beginning to end with love, devotion and a smile on his face. Wow what a hard worker. Carlos managed the job in the beginning, the middle and at the end.

Carlos and Ray were a pleasure to deal with. They always returned calls and followed up as promised. We actually had a problem because our older paver color was difficult to match. They stood by their word and worked to make the pavers match up. They even promised to return for any needs in the future. Most important: they are professional and trustworthy.

The owner, Carlos Fabrica came out to give us an estimate, he reviewed our plans and walked the property. Before we even gave him the job he offered us suggestions on turning radius for our driveway and openings in the hardscape for landscaping that we had not considered. He is very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. Once the job began his men arrived on time and worked steadily from start to finish. They were respectful and professional, and most importantly they did a beautiful job. Upon completion the entire property was meticulously cleaned, and all debris removed. As soon as the workmen left, there was no way to tell that just days before the entire yard had been excavated, filled and compacted! The travertine pavers installed were exactly what we had chosen, and I cannot say enough about what a satisfying experience it was to work with this company. Before, during and after the job Carlos was, and has continued to be accommodating, helpful and an invaluable source of information. He is truly a gentleman, very easy to deal with, and he stands by his work and his word.

The job from start to finish all was good..

They were exceptional. He was prompt and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He understood exactly what we wanted his price was very fair. We did not have to pay for the entire job up front and he stood behind his work. He is man with integrity and honesty and he does beautiful work.
