The entire process went very smoothly.

I called on a Saturday morning when I could not open my double garage door and my cars were captives inside. Within an hour the tech arrived and showed us that a broken spring was the reason the door would not lift. He had the part on his truck and within a half hour, the repair was made and our door was working properly. Prompt, excellent service at a fair price!

Fantastic. The owner was out to my home himself within a couple of hours of my call. Would highly recommend this company.

Attempted to contact provide 2 times via Angies List to quote a new door. No response

Had Access come out 2ce to repair garage door. The door was not opening and closing correctly. 1st Luis came out and adjusted the spring and sensor in motor. A day later the door was doing the same thing. Then Jeremy came out and adjusted a few things and found a loose wire on the control panel on the wall. A few days later same thing was happening, door not opening and closing completely. I called Jeremy to let him know and he said he would call me back in 30 minutes. No return call until Later the next day. I then called another company who came and replaced the motor. This is what I believed was the problem in the first place. They tested it and that was the problem.

Luis showed up the day before 8/28 after 5 pm to access the problem. Inside garage light was blinking and would not open or close. He determined it was the circuit board that was bad. Stated he would order the part and come back tomorrow after 5 pm. On 8/29 at 5:10 had called my cell and was over in 15 minutes to install part.

Totally screwed up a weekend day which is precious. By the way, I dialed a second time, two hours and 15 minutes later, and prior to submitting this review and still no answer. Unless there was some accident in which he was hurt or damaged his phone, there is no excuse for this. I will update this post if either of these was the case. The follow-up turned out that Jeff finally called 5 minutes after we gave up on him, and when I confronted him regarding what I considered a lame excuse, he persisted in trying to win our business and demonstrated a willingness to please. When we finally met, he really knew his stuff and patiently explained his product and the services and process to proceed. He was flexible in scheduling the project and so far seems to provide a higher quality product at a lower price than what our previous shopping experiences uncovered. the gentleman showed on time. realized the problem,gave me the price.i thought was fair. he fixed it efficiently and comes with a one year warranty. quite satisfied.

It always goes well, they are in and out in no time! I've been going to them for about 20 years and wouldn't use anyone else. I would tell friends or family members that they have quality work for a good price.

The technician called before he arrived promptly at 11:00.. Recently purchased a home and the garage door was disengaged from the motor.. Had the springs lubricated, connected sensors and engaged motor and programmed the controller...

Called to say he would be delayed for a short time. Arrived, as expected, examined the old unit, tried new batteries in the keypad and recommended a new system. Quoted a price, replaced the unit with a quality unit, new keypad and two remotes. Worked neatly, was friendly, responsive, technically talented and professional. Completed job within an hour and we were good to go!

installer did very good job, programed unit and showed how unit worked. cleaned up area and was very friendly.

Quickly identified broken coil and provided efficient service. Did not try to upsell on uneeded items and was able to answer maintenance questions. Luis was very professional.

The technician called when on his way as promised. He arrived during the 2 hour window of time I was given and installed the door in a timely manner. He was also able to sell and program a second remote as ours only came with one. Very pleased with the over all outcome.

Works great now. I like that guy advised me next to buy part or new motor and he'll just install it for me.

I received a fairly accurate rough quote over the phone while I was shopping (I contacted all on Angie's List and more), when he came to my home to give a firm estimate he was very professional and informative. Gave me many options without trying to sell me on any and let me decide. What I liked was that Access Doors will obtain the permit or will let the customer do so and provide drawings. I let him know my budget and he bent over backwards to make happy within my budget. The ONLY reason I gave a B on punctuality was that the installer was just a little last from quoted window but as with all contractors unless you are the very first appointment of the day things happen, what I did like was that I was kept informed of the schedule and the installer stayed until almost 8 PM to make sure that everything was right and I was happy which IMHO is more important than a little late. The installer was extremely professional from the start and jumped right on the job immediately. I have much experience in the construction industry and do most of my home work myself and I could tell that this guy knew exactly what he was doing. I usually hang around while a contractor does a job (yes, I am an anal engineer and am VERY picky about how things get done) but I soon felt confident in his skills and went inside to take care of other things. Of course I did pop out once in a while to offer him refreshments and see how he was doing and every time was impressed. I am 1000% satisfied with the installation and will recommend Access Doors to others, in fact my neighbor came over the next day to check out the door and left with Access Door?s contact info. I also have a coworker who requested their info. Overall I am very happy with the service and price that I received from Access Doors.

We had a very quick response. The garage door was installed and met all code specifications.

These guys are the best. Persistent like i have never seen, and exactly what you would want when things get complicated. Access was great to deal with on the ordering side and communicating with them was always timely. The price was also very competitive. The doors were delivered on time and in perfect order.Installation was where they showed their true professionalism as there were some issues in getting the larger double door to sit perfectly on the concrete footing when the door was closed. Somehow we had a little of a slant that was off almost 1,5 inches between the left side and the right side. The installer had to return a second time with the owner who also came out himself to assist with this problem. The bottom line is that all ended out perfectly and we are very happy. The doors also passed inspection quickly In conclusion, i would like to say that we had a lot of work done to this house as it was a complete renovation throughout, and I can say that Access is in the top 5 of the contractors that we dealt with.

They had a service fee for the permit. Which no other garage door company had. They were very nonchalant, and didn't spend a lot of time on the quote. Didn't leave samples.

The GM suggested we use this company for the doors. The materials themselves are fine but the service and follow up was just horrible. We couldn't get a response from the own because he was too busy surfing!!!! And he still has not returned after several calls to adjust one of the doors because it was not fitting tightly to the floor. Also the garage door opener was changed several times because they had put the wrong size in for the weight and size of the panels. PLUS, the wiring of the openers was terrible...leaving wires hanging everywhere and not neatly tucked away. One of the light covers for the opener had a missing part, which they tried to blame on us, and it took the gm to order it himself and have it installed because he too couldn't get a response from Access Garage Doors.

The installation was done to my expectations, No problems encountered and it was inspected and approved by the city.

Very good service. Getting the permit was the only delay.

Initial meeting for estimate went well with exception 'Jeff' did not offer to replace existing door but quoted on a hurricane proof door. No comment was made by Jeff that the new door weighed an additional 300+ lbs. but suggested the existing door opener would be satisfactory which it turned out was inaccurate. Following completion of installation the existing door opener operated for that day and failed on the following day. When installation was near completion it was noted the new door was not insulated as ordered! The installer contacted Jeff who acknowledged incorrrectly ordering the insulated door. Following considerable discussion it was concluded to install a new door opener to replace the lack of insulation. Possibly a mistake! New door is extremely noisy and squeaks. Contacting Jeff to report noise/squeaks resuilted in suggestion to oil/grease the tracks. Having done so there was no improvement suggesting this difficulty was common and should be advised to prospective customers. Installer was professional and efficient.
