Hardworking!

The roofer did a great job of repairing my roof shingles although he didn't let me know when he arrived or when he was finished. They matched the color very well. Working with the company was mostly done via email which was OK with me. Invoicing happened a few weeks after the job. I thought they forgot.

They were very prompt, clean and very professional. I would use them again for sure.

They were very professional.

I was actually sad when they finished the project because I might not see them again, unless something terrible happens to my roof. The two men arrived on time and with big smiles on their faces, very polite and kind, eager to get started with their work. Not once did I hear an argument or disagreement between them, I got the feeling they enjoy their work. They spent the better part of the day completing the repairs and photographed every step of the procedure so that my husband and I could see where the problems were and how they were repaired , also explained to us the types of materials used and where they were applied. . Most roof repairs occur at unexpected and often inconvenient times, We recently moved in to our newly bought home only to discover a leak from the cricket in the roof which flooded a bedroom closet, ruined the carpet in the closet and the sheet rock back of the closet as well, but along came Bob Thompson and Aastro Roofing to the rescue! The crew of 2 went right to work, removing all the old damaged tiles , substrate and whatever else was damaged. They replaced all that was necessary, replaced the roof tiles, cemented everything into place and when I went to view the roof, you wouldn't know anyone had been up there all day. Thank you Bob and crew for a job well done. I know I'm no covered by their warranty and hopefully no more leaks!

This company sent their roofer Richard and he was on time. Very professional. In matter on minutes he knew where the roof leak was. Repaired and that was it. Very happy. I recommend Richard to anyone.

they took pictures of work to be done and gave price. Had work done but when "finished" there were several problems. called and the owner came out and checked and they came back out and took care of every problem plus a few more. It was a busy time and had been raining for several weeks but they ended up doing an excellent job. Just survived hurricane Irma. 1 cap tile flipped over and I called and they came out and fixed it

This company is awesome. The owner was detailed and their work was impeccable. Their clean up was great and we just loved the outcome. We had shopped around and got quotes from 3 other contractors and Aastro had the best prices and product that would get the job done right. Glad we found them!

They were out on the day they said they would come to do the repair. All work was completed and cleaned up on the same day. Found this area needed repair when we were checking another area for a window leak. Glad it was found before it became a very large repair.
