I was a bit apprehensive about having my rugs cleaned as the fiber content was wool & silk. and worsted wool. I knew others who had disasterous results with other rug cleaners & did not want the same outcome. Kurt explained the procedure & assured me that he would get good results. They cleaned my old carpet of approx. 20 years and managed to get out the majority of pet stains. Last year they installed our new carpeting while we were gone for the day and did an excellent job. We are now looking at carpeting 3 more rooms and putting bamboo in an office. They are hard working and honest!!

It went pretty well. He was very good and did a little bit extra. He was helpful; in fact I probably am going to be calling him again soon. He went piece by piece and seemed to put in more effort than other carpet people do. It was a very good price. He responded to me, came out on time, did a great job and I was happy with him.
