Description of Work: Phillips Construction painted the entire inside of the house including ceilings. Many of the walls needed multiple coats. House looks fantastic. Had them also build a 20 x 20 block concrete garage. Great job there also. Having them remodel the bathrooms. | |Honest, hard working family run business. Can't recommend them enough.

+ -1 morePhillips Construction is the only contractor I have used since relocating to FL, and I have no intention of using any other. In all my years as a civil engineer working in construction, I have never worked with a more professional contractor, and only very few as professional. All company personnel are extremely professional, courteous, and personable. The attention to detail in the work performed is truly outstanding. Exceptional clean-up is a matter of fact with the personnel. Always on time and true to their word, they are a pleasure to have around your home. I have no complaint whatever with rates on any of the 3 jobs performed for me, and I consider them to be very reasonable for the outstanding work performed.
Description of Work: Phillips Construction has performed 3 separate projects for me in the last 3 years, the latest being a complete gutting of the old kitchen and totally new facilities installed - remove old tile and install new tile, cabinets, sink, hartdware, above-stove microwave, lighting, extend tile into den, paint kitchen walls and doors.

Description of Work: We first hired Richard to build a garage for us. He did a wonderful job. Then we had him paint the entire inside of our house. Super awesome job again. We've now hired him to remodel the bathrooms and lay new tile. Also extending the Florida room out the back of house. Will have him do the kitchen next. Family run and operated. Don't hesitate to have Phillips Construction do any work on your home. Can't recommend them enough. All went on time, as planned, and the job was awesome.
