+ 1 moreI like him because he is very dependable and he works by himself. His standard is very high and he prefers to work alone. It's great because there isn't a crew of strangers walking around the house. He does very good quality work. The price includes all the parts.
Description of Work: I had a 40x60 bathroom in my bedroom, and he converted it into a 70x20. He completely remodeled it with all the work it involved, sheet-rocking, taping, and painting, etc. He also built two walk in closets in the bedroom. The whole job took approximately five weeks.

+ -1 moreMike returned our call quickly and came around to give an estimate. He said that he would start one week later and did. He was painting potside but made sure he cleaned up as he went. All in all we are very happy with Mike and his work. Mike had previously repaired our dining room ceiling when it fell in after a pipe leak. He did a good job inside also.
Description of Work: Pressurewash house. Removal and replacement of exterior storm shutters for pressure washing. Repair all cracks and holes in exterior stucco. Caulk all windows and doors. Repair of damaged sofitt and fascia boards on rear of house. Complete demo of all damaged material and replacement with new wood to match existing tongue and groove porch ceiling. Includes removal of old gutters and patch on rolled roof. Complete priming and painting of all exterior surfaces including trim and front door.
