+ -1 moreWonderful experience! Came on time, thoroughly cleaned my vent that goes to my roof. Changed the has line so it is plenty long enough to move the dryer around now. Also put a new dryer vent hose on so we dont have to "fight " to keep it in place. Will use again!

+ -1 moreMr. Urban responded promptly to my message and provided next day service. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything about my dryer was in working order before he left, and provided me with maintenance tips. His method was very exacting and tidy. No mess at all. He charges $109.95 for basic service to one story shingled dwelling, but my job cost extra as I needed some repairs. These repairs were also reasonably priced. Mr. Urban used to be an appliance repairman before specializing, so his knowledge base is above the ordinary person doing this work. Would definitely use again. Another company had a lower cost, but they took days to respond to my message and then couldn't schedule until days later. It was worth a little extra to get this done quickly and have peace of mind as I was worried about a dryer fire.
