Josh was very professional in all aspects of the experience. Before he got started, there were some repairs that needed to be done, and Josh hooked me up with another professional that had me fixed up in no time. Roof now looks great and thanks to an issue he discovered, I have a couple of years added to the roof's life. Josh also cleaned my screens around the pool. Josh came the same day to give me an estimate. His price was more than fair. I hired him and he had an opening for the next day. Not only was he doing my roof which hadn't been done for 12 years since it was built. My neighbor also hired him. Josh spent 8 hours doing both homes. They came out looking like they were new. Josh did an outstanding job cleaning our tile roof. Not only did he do a great job with the results of how good the tiles look, but also how he took care of the bushes and plants around the house by covering them, as well as our driveway which is made out of pavers. Josh came out and gave me a quote on a Sunday! And was promptly on site the date and time that we agreed upon. Josh and Crystal cleaned my white roof before I returned to Florida for the winterâ the results were spectacular. Josh Franklin Homes was fantastic!! I utilized HomeAdvisor last Thursday at 6:00 PM to locate a service to pressure wash my tile roof. Josh contacted me by 7:00 PM that same evening and we arranged a call to discuss the project. Josh then came out the very next morning and gave me a quote and scheduled the job for the following Monday. Josh was excellent! He did everything expected and then some. I highly recommend Josh (and his wife Crystal) for your next pressure washing project.
