Josh and Crystal were contracted to clean the roof on my house. They were the perfect choice. Its a metal roof to which are mounted 30 solar panels. This required some care during cleaning to avoid getting the cleaning chemicals and rinse water on the electronics under the panels. Their use of soft cleaning was perfect. No high pressure water was used, and yet the cleaning process produced a roof that looked like it was almost new (and this was on a roof that had a substantial amount of black mold on it). Josh and Crystal performed the work with great care, were prompt in their arrival, used due caution in the washing process, cleaned up everything when finished, and very importantly, were really nice people to work with. I give them my unreserved recommendation.

Josh and his wife did a phenomenal job on my roof. They were very professional and honest. I would definitely hire them again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone. They were also able to work out a reasonable price for the job. They went above and beyond and voluntarily cleaned some of my garage and front walkway pavers. Truly happy!

Within the hour, he was there and gave me a reasonable price. After contact other companies in the area, Josh had one of the best prices and the best customer service so I didn’t hesitate to book him once we were ready to get the job started. Our roof looks brand new now and our driveway/sidewalk have never been this clean thanks to Josh and Crystal! I recommend him to family, friends, and everyone in the Central Florida area.

Josh has done a couple things for us from cleaning our roof to tearing out our kitchen. He has always been professional, on time, careful with the plants outside to make sure nothing is damaged as well as being careful with the interior work so there is no damage on the inside. He was always here on time, completed the job as promised and we are extremely satisfied.
