HicksGarageDoors was quick to answer the phone and came out the same day. Very clear and honest with the prices before hand and everything that would be included. He explained everything to me very thoroughly before he left (warranties and apps etc... it was a wifi unit) and offered to stay and program which was nice. Great service!

Austin was a complete professional and took such pride in his work. He even adjusted and greased the other garage door that wasn’t needing repair. I highly recommend him to work on your garage doors and would hire him again!

Austin Hicks is an honest guy. He knows a lot and didn’t try to up sell me or anything. I needed some help with my garage door and I also asked some questions to understand things properly and he was super patient explaining and in no way condescending or trying to rush out of there. I am very appreciative. I will 100% recommend him to friends and family and anyone else that needs quality work for a fair price. Other places only come close in price after I ask for military discounts. He was so reasonable and super polite that after military discount I ended up giving him a tip. It’s the least I could do with him working so hard and standing with me in the heat. 10/10 recommend!!
