+ -1 moreMr. Rios is very professional. He came on time and got right to work. I'm thrilled with the results as I'm a and quot;clean freakand quot; about my windows!! He initially came by for an estimate and included the 25% in final charge. Lovely man; effortless to have him working while you do your own work. With the Thanksgiving Holiday and company coming, he was a life saver for me!!! On a funny note - we found out he left here and went to do the windows at the fellow's house my husband had just played golf with this morning! Said he'd been using him for years and is always very pleased as well.
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows, inside and out, plus all screens and sills.
