hurricane Irma. blew over, no warrenty done 6 months prev. posts not deep enough 24 to 28 inchs average on 6 foot fence, no concrete. fence not even in a straight line. 2 pickets nailed up cracked. 3 months waiting for estimate to repair, fixed myself.

They never showed to give an estimate after 2 phone calls to them verifying date and time.

They weren't the cheapest, but the work was done quickly and well. New fence looks great! Guess you get what you pay for!

Horrible the installation crew installed the fence all uneven and I overheard the lead guy talking about how he has never installed chain link fence before. I feel like this company is hiring anyone they can to "try" and put up fence.

horrible. Cut a bunch of lines and never told me about it and put duct tape around my irrigation lines they busted. My yard ended up flooding. They were suppose to put aluminum inserts in every other post that I paid for and the failed to do so. Once I figured that out I called and kept being told the manager or sales man Mike Sellars would call me back. Mike Sellars FINALLY called me back after 2 months and told me there is nothing he can do but charge me again for the aluminum post because they used them for another job. Complete JOKE! Since my yard flooded my fence is now leaning and I will go with another company from here on out! STAY AWAY FROM DAVES FENCE

Started off well when Daves came to do the estimate and told me I was getting "commercial grade" vinyl. During the install the crew left cigarette butts all in my yard. My fence was not level what so ever and my vinyl fence was scratched and the front yard had cracked pieces in the fence. Mary in the office and Ryan were very unwilling to fix this issue and quit answering the phones. Very unprofessional and now I have a fence that isn't level or straight and scratched. My wood fence is falling apart as half the nails went through the 2x4's WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Good until the hurricane came and found out my fence post were only in the ground 1 foot. Dave’s took shortcuts and will never use this company again. Won’t answer the phone since I brought up my concern to them

Kept calling and would get the run around. Ended up not going with this company and glad I chose not to. They did my neighbors fence and cut the post short

Excellent. No issues - work with HOA directly and obtain county permits.

They never followed up i just will never use them again.

I received one call from their office and I called back and was told the person I needed to talk to was another line and would have her call me. I received no phone call. I called again and was told someone would get in touch with me. Again, no phone call. I would not recommend company as they have no follow through on even returning a phone call.

There is a problem with the gates that has not yet been rectified. They have not returned repeated phone calls or responded to emails requesting timeframe for service.

Perfect from start to finish. The estimator was professional and explained everything. The price was surprisingly low, well within my budget. Scheduling was easy and I was called multiple times to confirm the install date. A crew of 5 arrived on the day of install. I can't believe what hard workers they were! They demo'd the old fence, posts, and gates, and got to work building gates, setting posts, broke for lunch, then started installing the pickets. By 5pm, they were done. Loaded up the old fence, completely cleaned up my yard, then checked in with me. They showed me the new fence, made sure I was satisfied, and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I can't stress enough the quality, workmanship, and professionalism of everyone at Dave's Fence. I would recommend them to anyone needing fence work done.

pretty good, thought that it was rushed at the end. Also thought that the estimator should have gone over different elevations and options. The posts and rails all were scratched and scuffed from transporting them, some almost looked as bad as what I replaced, they rushed at the end with some spray paint to cover all the parts that were not black, scratches and wear marks. The installers were very nice and accommodating. I just think the finished product should be something you would attach your name to and be proud of, but they just wanted to be done with it.

Utter incompetence. Disorganized, unprofessional, can't even keep track of their own phone calls.

Dave's fence replacedmy back row fence after hurricane Matthew one year later Hurricane Irma done some damage so decided to have the rest of the fence replaced. Even after Irma back fence still standing and level. I would highly recommend them.

They are reliable and if there is any kind of error they will come out and repair/replace. They are professional and make good on their word.

From quote, to scheduling, to install and follow up ... this was a most professional experience. My gate needed adjustment and as advertised the arrived 8 months after the install to make gate adjustments......one call follow up is outstanding

If/when I ever need another fence, I won’t hesitate to call Dave’s fence.

Dave's Fence is professional from beginning to end. Steve came to give me and estimate and provided me with several choices of fence. They come when they say they are coming and they do a great job.

WOW, what a nice surprise to deal with these people! After dealing with other incompetent contractors and being stressed out, Dave's Fence comes along and is non-stop work and customer focus. This was not an easy job with all the obstacles they had to work around and come up with solutions to get the fence installed. It took 2 days to get the job completed and by the end of the 2nd day, there were 3 crews, trucks and trailers there to ensure the job got completed. The fence is very good quality and neighbors were commenting how good it looked before they were done and neighbors also noticed their work ethic and how hard they worked. EVERY single person involved in this was respectful and professional. They took the time to explain things very thoroughly in the beginning and wanted our feedback and continued to ask for feedback throughout the entire process, to make sure it was the way we wanted it. Another nice surprise...NO mess left behind. These crews work together on a regular basis and get along very well. Not like other companies who hire random people on a regular basis. We also used them on a second home we own and were equally satisfied. There was a problem with the new fence not butting up against our neighbors, and they went out of their way to make sure it was enclosed. Highly Recommend.

She was very specific about the estimator arriving between 4:30 and 5:00 nearly a month after our original conversation. At 3:30 on the agreed day I was pulling out of my garage to pick up my son and be back for the 4:30 appointment. A man was walking across the lawn and asked if I wanted some gates. I was surprised and said that our appointment wasn't for an hour and I needed to pick up my son. His arrogant, assumptive attitude was we do this now. He said, "I was told you work from home so I just dropped by." We looked at the damaged fence that was to be replaced and he said we don't do horizontal fencing. I asked him why not, informing him that his office assured me they did. He replied, "it's a pain in the neck," and started to walk away. I said you certainly have a strange demeanor. He asked why and suddenly realized that he was completely lacking in punctuality, professionalism and basic manners. Certainly no one with whom we wish to do business. He offered no constructive ideas or professional opinion. I highly recommend you choose a different company.

*** I waited several months to leave feedback because i wanted to see if the problems would be rectified. They have not been rectified. I also did not want to type angry and I believe in giving people a second chance, not this time! Estimate and installation was fast and professional. That's where it ended. Fence was installed while at work. Installation is perfect but fence posts, top and bottom rails and pickets are all scratched up and damaged (look like dragged on concrete and not wrapped properly prior to install). Also left a saw blade and tools in my grass. Called and complained and Mary (Manager and part owner she stated) is not the friendliest woman. They came out two (2) weeks later and washed the fence. Scratches and scuffs do not wash off. They replaced a few rails but that's it. Contract stated they were to pull the permit which they did not do until almost two months later, only because I called weekly to make sure it was done. Mary stated we didn't need a permit. Another falsity. Do not use this company.....run away from them and never look back. I've attached some photos, some of which I sent to Mary.

Good quality with prices we paid. Very professional, however their have very tight schedule, need to arrange way ahead of time. Office people are less responsiveness but overall still good.

Starting from estimates to contract, from permitting to getting the job done, they were very professional. They are not cheap but they were not very expensive either. I was very satisfied with them.
