Cyrus was amazing. He asked questions and reworked the placement of the back gate to accommodate what I wanted. The salesman, Daven Wheaton was the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with of the all the people I obtained quotes from. The fence is beautiful.

Awful. All my post were cut and not very much concrete on the post. The managers told me it’s normal and now it rained. My fence is literally falling down. BEWARE!

After getting several quotes, we chose Dave's Fence to install a white vinyl privacy fence for our home, after they installed a black chain link fence for our business. Randy was our sales rep for both jobs, and he was excellent and very helpful. We also worked with Darlene via e-mail, and she was Awesome, as well, helping us get some requests taken care of post install. Considering the strong quality of the white vinyl fence Dave's uses, there's really only one company near or around Central Florida that is a direct competitor for them, but I'm glad we chose Dave's fence over their competitor, as their customer service has been top notch from start to post-installation, and the cost savings has been great, as well. When interviewing vinyl fence companies and getting quotes in a hurricane-prone state like Florida, be sure to look for a company that will install the vinyl fence, properly permitted, and who uses strong or "commercial" vinyl fence with top and bottom rails that are at least 6-7" wide, and posts that are 5"x5" with 1.5'-2' in the ground, and set in cement. Also be sure to ask for the posts to be no more than 6' apart (important! even if it costs more), and always ask for u-channels on BOTH sides of each panel/section/post (this will help prevent gaps forming better than just nails and screws), and ask for the fence to be straight on top, rather than contour to the ground (which can look bad, since the top of the fence won't be level and straight). If you have kids or a large dog, you can also ask about having two latches on each gate, to help prevent a kid or animal from pushing or pulling the gate door on the bottom and squeezing through. Dave's Fence installed our fence and did a great job being careful around the multitude of plants in my yard. I asked the team leader, James, to let me know if any plants would be in the way of our new fence line, and sure enough, he contacted me during install, and offered to dig a plant up, so it would'n't be damaged. Post installation, Daves Fence promptly scheduled another team to fix any concerns or special requests I had, such as closing the gaps near our gate hinges (even their competitor has these gaps), and changing the swing of a gate. Mind you, they might not be able to come back the same or even the following week, but they will schedule call-back appointments ASAP for their next available slot. Speaking of gates, their standard self-latching gate hardware allows their gates to be locked on either side with a common padlock, and they offer free, lifetime gate adjustments. Also, at the time of my purchase, their gate cost was the same no matter if a small, 2' wide gate is desired, or if a larger gate is desired, like the 5 or 6' wide gate style that we chose that's big enough for a riding lawn mower to pass through. Aside from white, they also offer different colors of vinyl, but the colors are more expensive. The only thing their competitor had that Dave's did not, was a wider variety of post cap designs that are all the same cost. Daves had only the most popular choices, and some were a little bit more expensive than others, but not by much. Overall, Daves did a great job, and what I like most about their company is their commitment to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are completely satisfied both before installation, and even after the fence is already installed and paid for. It's not that easy to find companies like this these days. We definitely recommend Dave's Fence for both vinyl fences, and black chain link fences.

We had our gate fail recently and I called Dave's and they got out as soon as possible and replaced it at no charge because of their great warranty. Their technicians were personable, efficient and skilled. they made sure both of my gates were adjusted and working properly. I would recommend Dave's Fence to anyone looking for a Fence to be installed or repaired. Great job and thanks guys!

Fantastic. Everything was done on time and professionally, from the estimate to the following up on the installation. We have lived here for 21 years and have replaced the wood fencing 3 times. It just rots and discolors. We decided this time to do the heavy duty white 6' high pvc fence and we were very pleased. The price was not that much higher for something that will never rot, warp, or discolor. We feel we are prepared for the next hurricane. Thank you! Gayle

Absolutely awesome company. Price paid wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but wasn't the most expensive either. I went with them due to the fact that the wood portion of the fence was built on-site and they used no big-box store panels. And they tore down and hauled-off the old fence. The quality of the fence installed is very good quality and paired with a one-time transferable lifetime warranty on the vinyl and 20 year on the wood makes for a very good fence. Responsiveness was very good throughout the process. Even though I am lacking some return phone calls about the status of treating the wood portion. They were right on time and finished in 1 day (minus the treating of the wood fence with linseed oil due to rains and the wood being too wet), over 420 linear feet of vinyl and wood fencing. Professionalism is where I was pleasantly surprised, Jonathan and his team were very professional. They seemed to love what they do and were always happy to answer any questions I had. All in all, was a very good experience with them. I will definitely call them again when I replace the remaining 80 feet of fence that I thought was in good shape. The new fence makes it look old now.

Fantastic! Everyone we were in contact with (estimator, installers, office workers) were very professional. The installers went above and beyond all day long to get the job completed. We have not done business with anyone with the attention to customer service that we received from these people. Strongly recommend!

Thanks to our Dave's Fence rep, Randy, and our Awesome install crew of Cyrus, Danny, and Raymond, we now have a great-looking 6' black chain link fence with a straight barb wire top, installed at our car lot business. If you need a new chain-link fence, definitely call and ask for Randy; he was very helpful, answering all of our questions, providing us with lots of options and a good install time frame, and even giving us a typed up and printed competitive quote, literally right on the spot during our estimate appointment. Randy was available every step of the way, even answering questions via text after hours and on weekends. The office staff was also very helpful and polite, always answering the phone when I called (it's great having a person answer the phone and not a machine), and making sure we were taken care of in a timely manner, and verifying that all info needed for our permit was received, so our permit could be issued without problems. As a side note, Dave's Fence also accepts credit cards without charging additional fees, which is a nice payment option, and they only take a small retainer to help cover supplies before the job, and don't require full payment until everything is finished. The install crew was Amazing. They arrived early and they did not even leave, once, until everything was completely finished. They had our new fence installed in record time, being careful to make sure that it was within our property boundaries, and that it was installed right and beautifully, the first time. Despite it feeling like it was over 100 degrees outside, the team was in good spirits, and were very considerate and helpful, Cyrus even helped my husband and I push a non-running vehicle to make more working room around the fence install area. Our commercial neighbor likes our new fence so much, that he stopped by to talk to the team about having a gate installed for his property. Overall, we definitely recommend Dave's Fence, and their black, light commercial chain-link fence. Just remember to call and ask for Randy, and Cyrus with his install team of Danny and Raymond. Dave's fence offers Great customer service and quality products, at a very competitive price. Two thumbs up.

They were good at the installation, but afterwards they don't want to know you. Three months after the installation, Irma ripped off the gate. I'm still waiting for a response after several months of phone calls and emails. They are very interested in the sale, but don't look for service afterwards...

The whole process went smoothly from my first call to installation. We love our new fence and would recommend them to anyone in need of fencing.

sing Dave’s Fence for my install was overall not a great experience. But the produce itself looks very nice and I have gotten many compliments by friends and neighbors on the fence. My dogs love being able to run off leash. The fence was erected in November 2017 with 3 issues. 1) Approximately 150 feet of fence was put in the wrong location. 2) The installers planted one of the posts right on top of a pipe from the irrigation system. I had to hire a handyman to repair the leaking pipe and fill in the hole dug by all the leaking water. 3) The gates were set to open outward and the the locks were on the outside. This was not what was specified. Calls and emails were sent. It took posting a far more derrogatory review on Angies list than this and nearly four months to finally get them out to my property to resolve the problmes. The work was finally rectified in April 2018 and I was reimbursed for the cost of irrigation system repair. I am satisfied with the product and price, but clearly not the service. The price would have earned an A except that I paid four months prior to the job being complete. Dave’s offers a 5% discount on project over a certain amount for Angie’s List member. Suggestions: If you hire Dave’s Fence, 1) watch them through the entire job and 2) get everything specified in writing 3) consider holding final payment until you’ve has a reasonable period of time to inspect the work and use it.

Amazing service, workers were great

Dave’s Fence did a wonderful job installing my fence. They worked with me in getting the exact look I wanted. I needed a 6ft picket style in the back yard with small spacing, this is due to my little pups and I didn’t want to block my conversation view that I’ve paid extra for when I built my home. But I also needed privacy 6ft fence on the side of my home and the front. This was no problem for Dave’s Fence! The permits were taken care of and the fence was installed on time and efficiently. We looked at other fence companies before finding Dave’s Fence such as “Fence outlet” “Fence Depo”. They both were rude and unprofessional and clearly didn’t care about my business. Dave’s Fence was a breath of fresh air. They were professional and put my needs first. The quality and look of the fence is outstanding. I have the best fence in the neighborhood! Not to mention it withstanded hurriance Irma without any damage. Now that’s quality materials and installation! I highly recommend this fence company. Thanks Dave’s Fence.

Extremely well. Pleasant staff, efficient,courteous installers. Soon after we called to make an appointment to have an estimate on the job someone came to the house and went over step-by-step what we wanted done and went outside with us to further explain details with us. The work was scheduled in a timely manner (for this area) and the 3 man crew showed up exactly on time and set to work without delay, after making sure of exactly what we wanted done. They were friendly, competent, and efficient. We have used this company before and would do so again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Dave's Fence installed my aluminum fence a couple of years ago and they did a fantastic job. I needed a gate adjustment and a panel repair and contacted them to set it up. I contacted them during the holiday season and they were very responsive to my request, quickly made an appointment, continuous communication, and what amazed me was the same crew came today to fix my repairs that actually installed my fence. Repair work completed. Great job guys! Highly recommend and will definitely pass your information to anyone whose looking for a fence installation. Thank you

Horrible from day 1. After being promised that my installation would be within two weeks, it took them over a month. THEN it was erected in the wrong location. Once I told them, Mary, a manager, called to schedule an inspection which I then told her not to because it needed to be relocated to the proper location which she said "we will see if it is wrong." I am the property owner, I know where I stated my fence was to be placed. Once they FINALLY came back out to relocate the fence not only was it still wrong my sod was now all torn up. So I had to once again call to schedule another appointment for them to come and make the corrections and to "re-sod" my yard. They put down a couple of plats of grass. Needless to say it looked like crap. But as the employee said, "I am not a sod expert." Well you expertly destroyed my lawn sir. He did pick up more sod plats and placed them about. I am hoping they will root and grow nicely if at all. Now Mary is once again arguing with me because the permit (that I told her not to schedule because the fence had to be moved) is for where the fence was wrongly placed not where it has been correctly placed, saying that I am coming up with excuses not to make the final payment. So let's get this straight folks, I have had nothing but problems and argument from this company and now I am going to be accused of wrong doing? Insult on top of bad business on top of a lousy job. Not to mention the fact that the latch broke the first week the fence was erected. Please, for the Love of all that is Holy, DO NOT HIRE DAVE'S FENCE. You will regret it. P.S. I posted this to their Facebook page and instead of addressing the issues Mary called me and argued with me after deleting the post. They would rather be bigger jerks than actually take the time to listen to their customers and improve what they are doing wrong.

Wish I would have paid to go with another company. Dave's truly lacks customer service and the fence is not straight at all. Walked the yard and found cut pieces of material in my yard and my post are loose from not being concreted. Very dissatisfied with Dave's Fence. Would NOT recommend.

This company is a joke! They don't care about your fence once they get your deposit and especially once the fence is in the ground and they leave. After the installation I found out they broke my cable line and busted 6 of my sprinklers and taped them up and never told me. The cable company tried charging me over $2200 because Dave's Fence didn't do the proper locates for underground cables. My yard flooded as well because they concreted all my sprinkler pipe and left them cracked under the fence. I had to pay over $1500 to replace the plumbing. Ryan & Mary from Dave's told me its not their problem and the salesman Mike Sellars told me that they had my money and that I'm on my own for all of this damage. POOR experience with these people and this company!

The repair was good although the scheduling took some time.
