Description of Work: We needed to replace two wooden gates on either side of our house with PVC gates. The original replacement work was done in late November, 2016 BUT was not totally completed to our satisfaction until March, 2017. It took numerous phone calls and repetitive explanations to get the original work that was incorrectly installed, installed correctly. Bottom line; they are a sales organization NOT service oriented. The final product is what we wanted but getting to that point was very frustrating.

Description of Work: Job is still not totally completed! No coordination. No organization in the office...no one has a clue. No return phone calls...No definite scheduling...Missed appointments with no courtesy call to let us know they were a No-Show...Good fence but extremely frustrating ordeal. Paint is already peeling off of the chain link fence posts.

Description of Work: They remove old rotted fence and put in new fence. The service went extremely well. I was very happy to use them and would not hesitate to call again. They were not the cheapest but the quality of wood in the fence was well worth the small amount extra.
