Good roofing company

The Company does not honor it is warranty liability. if something goes wrong afterward, Good luck! if you write a report to BBB they do not care !!!!! but I still submit to BBB lettings the world knows helping them to avoid the problem later. I had roof replacement with Pro roofing Associate on 5/4/2018. They failed inspection twice with some nails issue that had to correct from the beginning. Since the roof had done, one time we saw a very small drop in the closet but thought the rain was so hard the wind might blow the water through the vent on the roof because we just had a new roof and we trusted in their work, no way it can be a leak. The leak was in the closet very small, no one pay attention and in the small closet with all the clothes hanging in there, no one see it. Recently, my daughter saw the wet and we look up the ceiling was damaged, that must be a long time wet to get that damage. I contacted Pro Roofing and they promptly returned to fix the leak in the roof where the nail sticking out, but not the damage to the ceiling over the closet. It is a little past 3 years but the nail stick out must be from the beginning. they have a problem with nails, that is why they fail the inspection twice with nails issue. When I called the office, she said you need to speak with Elmer, we hire him to do the work we do not know. I said I do not know who is Elmer, I just know I sign the contract and paid to Pro roofing company, I do not know who is the subcontractor you hired, your company is responsible for the work. Every day I called, she said the other employee is not in the office, will call me back, or Elmer will call you back, no one ever did, and been given a daily run-around. I read the company reviews, there are so many leaks and no luck with the warranty. Stay far away from this company.

Physical investigation perform before proposal given. Price very close to proposal. Required deck replacement haunts us all, but crew kept to a in minimum Every project is different, but mine was done quick and right. Overall good job.

Super. Good communications. Worked fast. Reliable. Used top quality supplies and the areas they repaired, used better wood than other companies use. The inspector was very pleased.

HORRIBLE. they gave a proposal for 8200. Took a month to start the job. Took a week and a half to come back and finish and clean up garbage that they left all in the yard. When the bill came in was almost 11000. Have been calling for days to try to get it straightened out. they claim to have replaced 25 pieces of plywood that would not even fit on the roof. Have been calling every day to get it straightened out and was told to have my attorney call them. SO RUDE once the job is done. they are threatening to put a lien on the house. They totally took advantage of an elderly woman. Will be calling the state attorney office on this. They are scammers. The initial man that came prayed and said what a Christian company this is. He is a liar. Do yourself a favor and NEVER call them!

This company has been so professional. There workmanship is excellent. They are hard working and they showed up with at least six or seven hard working young men. They stripped the roof and hauled away the material same day. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Professional in every aspect. Everything was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The office staff was wonderful at keeping me apprised of what was happening and why. When defective shingles were detected all work stopped until replacements were found. After completion when I saw evidence of a leak, they returned quickly and upon finding no leak Eric searched in the attic until he found the source of the water. Because of his alertness and efforts to help me I have been able to fix the problem (ac duct leak) quickly. I am very pleased.

Elmer, the folks in the office, and the drew were all very professional, prompt, and the work was very well done. Would definitely hire these people again.

Did a beautiful job on our two story home in just 2 days, and after a year we have yet to have any problems. Had it inspected to apply for an insurance deduction and the inspector commented on how good the work was - and we got the deduction!

I signed all necessary papers and have not heard anything back from this company. It is hard to review without any work being done. Paper work was completed March 2nd. Have not heard anything as of April 1st. I will update pending contact.

Great job. Arrived early both days and completed the roof and clean up on the second day. Very efficient and professional.

Overall excellent experience, they had the lowest price I received quotes for and the quality of the materials and workmanship was great. More importantly, no leaks. The only reason this is not a five star review is that there were some very minor issues. There were quite a few nails left in my yard and quite a few washed down from the roof down my gutters. The other issue was that I was told 3 weeks was typical weather dependent and it was more like 2 months before they could start my roof. I would choose to use Pro Roofing again for my next roofing project.

Pro roofing did a fantastic job with replacing my roof. The workers were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the work was finished. They even cleaned out my gutters.I would recommend pro roofing to everyone you will not be disappointed they are great.

I hired Pro Roofing to completely rip off and replace asphalt shingle roof after interviewing top 10 companies sent to me by Home Advisor. For 26 square roof (2600 square feet) Pro Roofing quoted $8000 which was average price. Price estimates ranged from $5000 to $15000. I chose Pro Roofing because there was no BS. . . no promises they couldn't keep. They did not lie to me about underlayment or try and upsell "premium" shingles. Every roofing company in Florida uses the same materials. After interviewing 10 companies I could see everyone sells all the same product. Some companies will try and BS customer with lies about how their product is superior. Pro Roofing was straight with me. After visiting Pro Roofing's office in Sanford, FL I felt they seemed reliable and trustworthy. Many of the 10 companies I interviewed, when I went to their office there was no office. . . some companies the office was a home address or phantom office. Not a good sign. Pro Roofing was a real building with real workers just off of the 417 Toll Road at 17-92. Pro Roofing had a big scheduling board up in office and they were booked out a month, plus. I asked them to throw in peel & stick underlayment for the entire roof and they agreed. Most companies wanted an extra $1000 for peel & stick. Peel & stick is essential in Florida and should be used on all new roofs but it is not code required so most companies now charge extra or don't use it at all. Make your company throw in peel & stick! Get it in writing. So I was scheduled 6 weeks out June 2019. In late May 2019 Pro Roofing called and asked if they could move up new roof date. I agreed and they showed up on designated date about 7:00 am with crew of 10. Pro Roofing pretty much does roofs in one day. There are pros and cons to this process. Pro is the hassle is over and done quickly. Con. . . some things are not finished as well as they could be. In my case some of my aluminum soffit got mixed in with the old roof debris and disappeared. I will have to hire someone to replace several large sections of soffit at my own expense. I should have been paying closer attention to what they workers were doing. My fault for not being on top of that. I was on site for the entire job but I wasn't outside the entire 14+ hours that Pro Roofing was working. That is why they get 4-stars for quality. Replacing soffit is expensive. Pro Roofing quoted extra $50 per sheet of plywood and $5 linear foot for facia if any needed replaced. That added another $500 to the cost of roof for a total of $8500. Pro Roofing worked into the night cleaning up the mess. They were still working after 9:00 pm . . . it was very dark. Again, quality suffered. They should have come back the next day to clean it up and fix all the facia and soffit issues. They did not (thus 4 stars) so I cannot give them 5 stars. Roof looks good overall. No leaks. Price was right. Customer service was excellent. I am satisfied and I think I would hire them again. Next time I would make sure the soffit and facia were all replaced before the crew departed the site. Pro Roofing is mostly Spanish-speaking company. Have your Spanish app on the ready or bone up on basic Spanish before the crew arrives.
