I took several bids, picked middle price from owner Steve Prado of Tile USA and More Inc. of Deltona Fl. 407-321-9595, est $1405.16 more work was added to increase price, I oked. When he came to do est he was in work van and clothes, Gave the impression I was talking to the guy who would do the work. He subed it out to the CHEAPEST bums i ever did business with. Jorge Murcelo, BSH Tile Co. showed up to do job, they were routinely late, and took a day off without notice, I took the day off to be home, a waste. When they installed the 2 layers of concrete bd I paid extra for, they made both layer identical so seams were on top of each other, not a solid layer behind every joint as should be, tried to convince me that did not matter, total b******** conversation. They refused to redo walls that were already up, did half a** re do of back wall only. They knocked a big chip, the size of a mans thumb nail, out of the travertine shower sill and installed it anyway, then denighed it was istalled chipped. It was stored in my bedroom for 3 days before it was installed, it was not chipped, I would not have allowed it to be installed if it was.chipped. I was chipped during install. They also chipped the corners of multiple pieces of tile which they installed anyway, though there were spares. After being told they were done and would not replace the chipped travertine I threatened to have Visa reverse the charges to get them to replace the chipped travertine, told him if I had to do that and he put a lein on my house i would demand a lein hearing at which I would embaress him badly with pix and have the lein removed, then he could try sueing me to get paid. They then replaced the travertine. After they were gone and I used the shower I found that the floor has a swale in the back third of the shower floor that holds a puddle of water after all draining into the drain is completed. They did not make enought floor mud, but made do with it anyway. I now take showers standing in a puddle of cold water. They cheated me by short cutting every step of the job. I am afarid to ask Steve to redo the floor as he will only want to send the same sub to fix it, those cheats can not come to my house again. Steve knows they cheat and tries to defend them, he likes the price of fast, cut corner work. NEVER use this vendor or sub. I waited this long to reply to your request for a report because I was too mad to do it fair, I am still mad about showering in a cold puddle of water, so here it is.

He was very punctual for our estimate and then gave me an estimate. We agreed on a day for the work start, I picked up all the materials, he showed up right on time on the install date. Again, the second time he came, he was punctual, I can't believe how on time he was for everything! After the work was done, he reviewed it with me and made sure I was happy. It was really something to work with him because most vendors leave you waiting. I was extremely happy with this whole situation, the estimate, price, punctuality, politeness and work! I will be using him again!

He did pretty good work. He took this on as a part time job - it took him 3-4 weeks to complete.

From start to finish it went well. I was surprised, how fast he got started. There was alot of demolition. First the ceiling and a/c ducts were removed, then the walls. The electrical was interesting but he got it done, since it was a remodel, you are not sure of what you will find and there were mistakes and stuff from the contractors that needed to be dealt with, before we could move on. Plumbing and rerouting water supplies to upstairs, changed our plans a little bit, but he was very helpful in working things, as closely as possible to our original plans. Things went well and we are very please with our kitchen. It took us 3 months start to finish, with waiting on cabinet and counter problems. Not caused by Allsite.
