 + -1 moreThe windows were bought via a homeowners line of credit, which they tapped immediately, LONG before the windows were delivered. It was calls to the credit card company itself that finally got their attention. It took 3 months overall for the windows to be delivered, and they had my money during the entire time and did not return calls or emails. They have since gone out of business in Daytona but still have a main office in Pennsylvania. The windows themselves I am pleased with. They are hurricane rated, Low E windows and are a very nice quality. The crew that did the installation was also very good.
