We live in Florida and when called about the light being replaced after emailing pictures of the rust and corrosion, we were told that they couldn't help us. Well they sold the light to us and told us about the warranty and now we are left out to dry. The owner has a bad attitude towards people and talks to them very nasty. Hope you choose another store to buy your lights. You won't get any customer service from them.

Cathy, our sales rep, reviewed our architectural plans and guided us. with great patience, through choosing appropriate lighting for our house. She knew exactly what would and wouldn't work by looking at our plans. When we had an issue after outdoor lights were installed, they quickly came out to resolve the issue. When I first went in the store, I thought prices would be beyond our budget, but I was pleasantly surprised. You can spend as little or as much as you want without sacrificing quality that's often wanting in the big box stores. You also get very personalized service which is virtually non-existent at big warehouse type stores. Although there is a wide selection of unusual and beautiful lighting in the store, there are endless catalogs to peruse with the sales staff readily available to answer questions.
