Description of Work: Wadsworth Floorings customer service and products are excellent. Mark Blue, the manager for Wadsworth came to our house to bring some on the carpet samples. He was prompt for our 10am appointment, professional and courteous. He measured our rooms, showed some the carpet samples, calculated an estimate and invited us to the showroom where he could show us even more samples. We went to Wadsworth; where we were met by Ann, the showroom manager, also a professional and courteous individual. Ann and Mark showed us different carpet and padding samples which we stood on to help us make our decision. You could definitely feel the difference in the different products. Price and quality do matter. We chose a high quality carpet and an 8 lb antimicrobial padding but were undecided on the carpet color for the different rooms, so Mark gave us the display board to take home to help us see what color choices would match our rooms. We went home and chose the color. Upon returning, we ordered the carpet and padding. Five business days later, right on time for the 9am installation, Chad, Ben and Rodger dressed in their Wadsworth uniforms came to install our carpet and padding. They were very professional, courteous and diligent. They explained how to care for the carpet and installed it very quickly.
